You can choose from different Service Contract levels. The basic servicesincluded in each contract can be extended with a variety of options, allowing you to create a solution that exactly suits your particular needs.

The best way to ensure your VPL supplied equipment remains a tool for truly cost-effective operations is to keep the equipment 100% genuine through and through. That is why our workshops use genuine parts, and that is also why genuine parts are an integrated part of our contracts for preventive maintenance and repairs.maintenance and repairs.

Our central parts warehouse is located at Lahore where over 20,000 line items of genuine spare parts are stocked for all the products sold by VPL. This central warehouse is the source of supply of parts to our customers across Pakistan either directly or through our regional parts warehouses at Karachi and Islamabad. With the objective of supplying 90% of parts requirements immediately, and 100% within 96 hours, customers are assured of consistency in spare parts supply. Customers whowho have an account with VPL can also make use of VPL's spare parts delivery service to customer's premises.
