The firm V.R. Associates was established in the year 1985. It is actively functioning in the field of Planning, Designing, Execution and Construction of Civil Projects like Residences, Apartments, Commercial complexes, Institutional & Industrial structures etc for the past 29 years.
Many prestigious projects were executed under the banner of V.R. Associates, which is headed by Managing Director Er. G.V.R. Ravi, a Consulting Architect, Chattered Engineer and a Govt. approved Valuer.

In the year 2011, by welcoming a new director, we have launched a Private limited company by name of“V.R INFRAVENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED” to widen our horizons in the Construction & Infrastructure industries along with our regular Architectural, Planning and Builder activities.
Since its launch (over 4 years), we have been actively working on various new Construction and Infrastructure projects in a more Consistent and Focused manner.

Ar. G.V.S Karthik an young Architect and Construction management graduate from New Jersey, is the Director of the company. His able experience in Construction field and technical skills of Construction management is adding perfection and precision to their works.
We have an Efficient Team of Architects, Engineers & other Technical staff, who have been travelling with “VR” since its inception by playing a crucial role in our GROWTH & standing as a support for our FUTURE ENDEAVOURS.
LEADERSHIP
Er. G.V.R Ravi an eminent Architect, Chattered Engineer, Builder and also a Panel Valuer for various nationalised banks. He is the Managing Director of “V.R Infraventures Pvt Ltd”. His erstwhile working background in the Municipal Corporation during his early career and Varied Civil Engineering experience adds Edge to this Company.
