 V V S GRADUATESYou just graduated from high school.

You have attained the first goal of your life.

Over 20 years ago I met some wonderful people. They were the

founders of Dollars for Scholars, a “Neighbor Helping Neighbor” 

program. It motivated me to bring a few friends together to start

VVS Dollars for Scholars.

What a wonderful venture it has been! It brings joy to my heart to

see what we are witnessing tonight. It would be my hope that many

of you will become a part of this American Dream. You could make adifference in your neighbor’s life.

I welcome you to the challenge of life and the opportunities that you

will have. Many let that opportunity pass by. If it comes before you,

don’t be afraid. Just do it !
