fenders.It’s evaluation time…
The job requires that each person make 100 fenders a day; No mistakes
So, you have to give each of your workers a raise based on a 1 to 5 evaluation for the job requirements as follows:
1 = Poor 2% raise2 = Fair 4% raise3 = Average 5% raise4 = Above average 8 % raise5 = Excellent 10% raise
EMPLOYEE AOur first employee makes 98 fenders a day, no mistakes, no days off. What is your rating?
