A “Mutual Learning Platform (MLP)” for regions has been launched under the Network of Innovating Regions in Europe (IRE). The MLP is defined as a mechanism for interactive “learning” by regional authorities and by interested public and private organisations in European Regions. A workshop will be held in Brussels, October 19-20 2005 on Foresight.
