Friend,

To be honest with you, it was not easy right after I quit my job.

I was everywhere doing everything but coming up with nothing.

I jumped right into lots of business opportunities, but still cannot get that break.

More so, the whole team was into this great business model and they were really

But If you see it as something that breaks family - it can and it will.

If you see it only to be available in other countries - you will see it there.

then you don't deserve it!

If you see money as something only rich people have, and if you believe that

you are not rich - you will never have it.

If you see money as the root of all evil - corruption, poverty, and the like -

then you will stay away from it.

If you see it coming only during the 15th and 30th - then it will only come

on those days. (ouch!)

If you see it as something that's very hard to find - oh it will be one.

However,

If you see money as an abundant blessing lying around anywhere waiting

for you - then it will be there excited to be taken by you.

How You Should See Money

Like Bill Gates Do

As you have read in the previous chapter, how money will interact your life

will depend on how you see money. So how are we going to "change the

way you see money"?

Well, it all begins in the mind.

Our mind is like those cool fancy

shades nowadays that has color

temperature on it. If you want to seeeverything in cool light color - then it

brings in a shade of blue. If you want a

warmer feel, then the shades has a color

of red or orange to make everything

look hot.

You see? You are looking at the - object the same object - but with just a

switch of shades, you can see things entirely different.

That's the same with our mind. You see things - especially money -

depending on how you were programmed to see them.

Imagine for one day you can see the world as Bill Gates do? Abundant!

Or see the world as Donald Trump do ? Everything is an investment.

How about see the world as your "Boss" do? There's fire, lots of them.

Or see the world as Spongebob do? Then everything doesn't make sense.

Now, Hanz, tell me, how are we going to change that?

Let me bring you to Psychology 101 - Child Development.

When we were born mind was like an empty slate - blank. But every

experience we have day by day are being registered into our mind and oneby one that empty slate is being filled. Those experiences then becomes the

major components on how are going to look at everything in life.

Unfortunately, with regards to money, the following example is a common

experience.

Imagine a child so cute and innocent will be experiencing these things for

the first 5 years of his/her life:

6:00 - Radio baffles how the economy is so bad and the world is not a safe

place to live in anymore

7:00 - Mom and Dad arguing for the unpaid bills

9:00 - Child watches Tom and Jerry (Violence)

10:00 - Child watches Spongebob (Educational?)

12:00 - Child watches TV show were you are given money if you're life

sucks and you are poor1:00 - Child sleeps but wakes up with weewee but no helper because

she's out there tsismis with other helpers

3:00 - Child started drawing but stops cause friends says its ugly

4:00 - Child sings songs but stops cause mom thinks he's too noisy

6:00 - Dad comes home stressed and upset

7:00 - Child wants to play with Dad but dad watches basketball

8:00 -Child goes to sleep but cant for Mom and Dad is screaming

(I'll give you a moment to try to recall how your childhood programming

Well, honestly, I too experienced quite the same ride. It was quite a tough

ride. Even to a point of literally hating money - why?

My parents almost separated because of our huge debts.

Don't worry we are not alone! Most rich people had the same childhood

programming as ours - Oprah Winfrey, Liz Murray, Zig Ziglar, Andrew

Carnegie, and Henry Sy.

Well they did it, and so I changed the way they changed it too.

How?

I reprogrammed my mind.

I simply got rid of those old glasses and wore in a new one - the millionaire

Then we learned that when his husband was still a kid, he used to

climb on top of their roof at night just to watch TV through their

neighbor's window.

Let's have a quick recap - just answer the questions with a yes or no.

Game?

Do you now believe that money has always been about the way

you see it?

Do you now understand the role of programming our mind has

affected the way we take hold of money and accept how great it would be if

we would see money the way Bill Gates do?

Do you now have a strong foundation of reasons why you should

How big is your wallet?Now, this is one of the trickiest part of forming that millionaire mind. Youhave already developed a new millionaire mindset and started "practicing"

becoming a millionaire - but then again - your money still hasn't grown.

Why?

Because your psychological wallet is notBIG enough.

Joel was a smart and cool fresh graduate

and his first job was to work in a salon.

He was assigned in the manicure

department and was earning a flashy

salary of 10,000 per month. Not bad,

eh?

Being new in the real world, Joel kept his 10,000 very well as he budget it

wisely for himself and his family.

Because of his dedication to his work matched with his creativity in

sculpting designs in the nails of his customers he had a salary increased and

it went into a whopping 18,000 per month.

However, in the next couple of months, Joel was really bothered and kept

on wondering why is that now that he has an increase in salary - he still has

literally no money.

The answer.

Joel has not yet increased his psychological wallet.

Because he was so attuned to spending the 10,000 per month, the moment

his salary increased to 18,000, unconsciously he would be spending

uncontrollably because his psychological wallet can only contain the

money.

Friends, this also explains why most lotto winners end up losers in 2-3 ofyears. Simply because, their psychological wallet still cannot contain

30,000,000! These people are not "trained" and are not ready to take hold

of such tremendous amounts of money thus they end of squandering it,

being used by people, and back to poverty in a few years time.

If your wallet is not big enough - how can you contain such a big amount

of money?

Friend, once again, how big is your psychological wallet?

10 percent? Nah, the priest will just squander this! I'll give them next time."

"How shall I invest this? which will be the best? Stocks? What stocks?

Business? What business? Where? Where will I start?"

Never equate with happiness to

money, these are two different

If you start making money as the basis of happiness - you won't be gettinganywhere.

Money is something positive.

When you feel good, what do you think? Positive thoughts.

And if you have positive thoughts, what does your brain transmit to the

whole world? Positive energy.

And remember your elementary science days when you play with magnets,

what does it say? Like attracts like.

So in other words, if you are exuding positive energies all over the world

you are attracting the positive too - money.

I had one experience staying in a home of a middle class and struggling

family for a day and after learning this principle, I understood why.

I was talking with the mother and all day long these were our topics:

1) How unfair her employers are for not giving her an ounce raise in hersalary for the past 6 years

2) How she cried last night watchingMalala na Kaya(How Worst CouldIt Get?)

3) How 4 of their neighbors were held-up in the last 3 days.4) How do politicians should run the country.5) How her idolized actress got "bombed" by the other network.6) (Whispering mode) How her husband for all these years never

managed to get them a car.

And so on...

No wonder.

Unconsciously - unknowingly - they themselves are vibrantly repelling

money by proclaiming to the world how their lives are in poverty.

Friends, starting today - make it a point to feel fulfilled - feel good - everywaking moment of the day.

How?

By doing good, talking good, watching good, listening good, reading good,

eating good, and looking good.

Be happy and money will follow.

The Key to Unlock an

Tsunami of Money

Let me share to you my story...

I have a confession to make, during my schooling years, I was - let's call itevil. Aside from being an irresistible nerd hunk, I was so driven to always be

on top of everybody else and reach that

only one top spot.

Here are some of the evil things I usuallydo back then:

1. I never share assignments - as innever.

2. I do the group projects alone soI will be a martyr and get all the

credits.

3. If a classmates ask for help, I teach him the hard way so that hewon't understand.

4. If someone pops up trying to steal me that one top spot, I wouldresort to studying heaven and hell so as to topple her down and

regain my one top spot.

Bottom line = competition. And because of competition I developed one

mentality - of which I soon discovered to be very toxic - scarcity.

"There's never enough for everybody, I have to keep a lot to myself because there's

not enough for you and me. And if I give something to you, you can take away

my spot, never! Bwahahahahaha! (Evil laughter)"

This scarcity mentality was pretty much shown in my selfishness. Of which

later on, not just in scores but also in a lot of things in life - money,

opportunity, fame, food, etc.

That's just the beginning.

When my working career started, I was literally driven to want more. Why?

I wanted money because there's not enough for everyone and if I don't

work hard, other people will get the money that I'm supposed to have!

And so I worked hard, saved hard.

Worked even harder. Save! Save! Save!

"Hurry Hanz, you might run out of money - the economy is bad, government iscorrupt, money is very hard to find, so you have to work harder this time. Start

a business now! (That's the time I began to smuggle peanuts at work). Study to

become rich! (That's also the time I worked on to become rich - at work)."

And so I went on my journey to become rich and I studied the rich people -

studied the way like magna cum laude's do -to cut the long story short I

then quit my job.

Five months forward, no huge steady income yet and my last pay was

exhausted to the last drop.

"Hanz, work harder! You need to be a millionaire! You need to be on that one

top spot because MONEY IS RUNNING OUT!"

It's when times like this, that proud men like myself go to the last resort -the BIG guy up there.

One day, while I was serving at the FEAST - it's the community gathering

of the Spiritual Family of Bro. Bo Sanchez, the Light of Jesus - as the

"Pindot(Push Button)Manager" (the corporate term for the PowerPoint

in-charge) we are about to learn the very strategy for one person to receive a

tsunami of blessings.

"Finally, thank you Lord, this is the answer to my prayer!"

But my joy was short lived, why? This was the secret:

In order for you to receive something - you must give i t awa y first. Forexample, if you want money, you have to give away that money you have

right now, so that there will be an empty space to be filled."Chicken liver, how am I supposed to do that??? I don't have anything left!

I don't even know when will I get another cash!"

But I don't know. Maybe it was because of a sense of desperation. "Maybe

this will work, we don't know." So for the first time in my life, the selfish

me gave away Php100 as tithe - per week. And gosh, it was painful.

"Money is running out and I'm giving it away!!! Are you crazy Hanz?"

But I moved on. Weeks passed, and money comes, a thousand a week.

A month after back at the Feast, fortunately, we just finished a project and I

had more than enough that evening, I was in gratitude gave more than I

usually give.

Life continued, and I saw a pattern that my income is coming in a couple of

thousands a week. The academic skeptical me - came up with a "correlation

experiment." My hypothesis is that, my income is positively correlated to

my tithe. (I guess, schooling has some contribution to real life after all!)

And so I increased my tithe again.

A thousand every other day.

And again.

A thousand daily.

And counting...

And so when I tried to come up with my "analysis", I came into a"conclusion" that it was not my income that got bigger...it was me. I

became bigger. My life became bigger. The action of giving big for a cause -

tithe, charity, helping someone in need - is deeply rooted with a belief that

there is more than enough. When you give big amounts, at the back of your

head, it says that, "Hey, give all you've got, there's plenty all over lying

around!"

And when I finally understood that very principle - In order for you toreceive something - you must give it away first - I ventured on to anotherexperiment. How about, let's try it not just with money...

I started giving other money making opportunities and ideas- yes, I know,

that it I will lose one big idea and other people will benefit from it - but

what did I get?

More opportunities for me.

I started helping more people - what did I get?

More people helping me.

I started giving praise and encouragement to people - what did I get?

More praise and encouragement than I ever need.

Friends, looking back at my schooling years, I would cry in regret if only I

would have given more to people. Shared my assignments, my notes, and

even my scores! If only I have helped more of my classmates, and shared

more encouragement to them then I would have a brighter schooling years.

I would have had many friends, I would have had a bigger world, and how

awesome would it be if all of you are on top - not just me - alone!!

As I end with the Millionaire Mind.
