Levels of data presentation

1. Individual / patient record

- absolute numbers like temperature, weight, BMI, number of visits, blood pressure

- Can be found at the individual treatment record patient

- Significant for monitoring individual patient condition

2. RHU / Health Facility level

- Selected FHSIS indicators, administrative indicators, other health programs outside of FHSIS

- The data presentation will be done at the: 1. Query Browser (graph extension)2. Exporting a CSV file and using Excel to do graphs

- Spatial coverage are all catchment barangays under the Facility

NOTE: Priority indicators are those that are MDG and DQC related. Templated graphs will stick only to established indicators of FHSIS

2. Municipality, City, Provincial Level

- Selected FHSIS indicators as of the moment. RHU data sets are aggregated through a web based system

- The data presentation will be done at the: 1. Statistics Aggregator (wah.ph)2. Exporting a CSV file from Stats Aggre and using a 3rd

party tool- Spatial coverage are all RHUs, municipalities within Tarlac

Indicator Matrix for Data Presentation

Purpose of Indicator Matrix

Since graphs are based on predefined templates already, there is a need to draw in paper how will these graphs appear electronically

- Consists of selected FHSIS indicators, presentation type (trending, distribution or comparison), type of graph/chart, X & Y axis (if bar or line), distribution points (if pie), spatial and time coverage
