When complete with notes, pick up the Paper Plasmid activity from the substitute. Also grab scissors and a few pieces of tape. (Leave tape
dispensers where they are, just take tape)
Work through the activity. Make sure to read the directions carefully.
When complete, answer the questions on the lab. Before you turn it in, staple the Recombinant DNA
with the insulin gene to your lab sheet.
