• Disconnect Utilities prior to demo process

• Camera sewer line for sledge/ash build-up

– City Engineer

• Erosion Control & inform Owner On Sewer & Water impact

– El Paso County Health Dept

• Debris must be “burrito’ed” for landfill

• Monitor for dust & sediment- water dusting at City/County Engineer

• Concrete/Foundation disposal ($350 asbestos testing)
