INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTSThis passive investment opportunity offers a risk averse buyer the ability to acquire a secure, sleep at night investment. Original lease is 20 years with an initial expiration date of 2024. The lease is a true NNN lease.
The lease calls for very rare rent bumps because it had originated as a Rite Aid lease before being taken over by Walgreens.
Additionally, the lease offers eight 5-year options, which is far superior to the current trends of 50x1 in standard Walgreen leases.
