What is Sway?- The newest member of the Office family

- An online presentation and storytelling app

- A cross platform tool that works on all devices

Get Started at Sway.com

Add a Title The title can stand alone, or you can add a background image for your title by tapping the background square and uploading a new image.

Add Cards

Use the Text Card to add blocks of paragraph sized text to your Sway

The Heading card lets you divide up your Sway into sectionsPictures can be uploaded or added from a variety of places

Video can be added from YouTube, and other services

Tweets can be added too. Simply search for keywords to find the tweets you need

The Embed card lets you add HTML embed code to add objects from other sites

Add a group of photos you want to display together

Add an interactive stack of photos you can click through one by one

Add two photos for a before and after comparison. Move the slider to compare.

Add multiple photos to create a slideshow in your Sway

Add multiple photos and arrange them in a grid view

Add an Excel powered chart to create interactive data graphs

Preview Your Sway

DesignClick the Design tab to

choose from a variety of built-in themes for your Sway. Each

one has been carefully designed to make your

content shine, and no design skills are required.

Need some inspiration? Click the Remix button for a

random theme for you. All your existing content will

automatically be resized and formatted for the new theme.

You can customize any theme by clicking the Design tab, and then the Customize

button where you can change fonts and colors.

Navigation The navigation tab lets you choose which way you would like viewers to interact with your content.

You can choose between vertical scrolling, (like a website page), or horizontal scrolling.

Arrows are provided for the viewer to jump to the next page, but the spacebar can also be used for this.

Delete

You can copy, delete and share any Sway that you have made by clicking My Sways, and then looking for the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the Sway you would like to manage. Click to make changes.
