Project Background    Power Station is located near Wanakbori Dam on the bank of Mahi River in Kheda District.  It is a Coal Based Power Station.  There are seven units of 210 MW each with a total installed capacity of 1470 MW. All the units are of BHEL make. Wanakbori TPS has obtained the  ISO – 9001 & ISO - 14001 certificates
