The HD200 range of Hand dryers combines high speed drying with energy savings. Offered in a choice of three finishes, White, Satin Stainless Steel and Bright Stainless Steel these units have a drying time of approximately 10 – 12 seconds. A red LED display on the front of the unit shows it is operational and this light turns to green when the unit is in use. A further blue LED light underneath the unit shows the best position for optimal hand drying.

Combined with a motor and element that can be adjusted from 450 – 900 Watts the HD200 range offers energy efficiency with fast hand drying.

The Bunnie HD1/T machine is very efficient. The warm air can be directed to the hands or face by operating the diverter flap. Push button operation with automatic cut-out after 30 seconds. The unit is compact and simple in shape for easy cleaning.

The HD1/T unit is robust and vandal resistant, therefore particularly suitable for high use public and unsupervised areas. The spring loaded button cannot be over pressed – it moves only 3mm and because of the element positioning no electrical parts are accessible without removing two socket head bolts positioned to prevent unauthorized removal of the housing.

Hand and face dryers eliminate the need for either paper towels or roller linen towels and the ensuing untidiness and ‘running out’ just when most needed. Washrooms are tidier and more hygienic. Employees and customers are delighted with the convenience and the fast drying – under 30 seconds.

Dryers save the labour needed to refill paper and linen towel dispensers. They require no cupboard space to store towels. It has been established that hot air dryers are 60% cheaper to use than both linen and paper towels. Installation of all Wandsworth dryers is straightforward. It is recommended that a concealed electrical supply enters the rear of the cabinets. The cable entry is always right side rear or right side bottom. Each machine is supplied with full instructions, and can be made for any power supply required.

HD9The Bunnie automatic hand and face dryer is built for rugged conditions, but with the sophisticated ‘hands off’ operation.This model has a technical specification similar to the HD1/T heating air which can be comfortably directed at hands or face.

Operation is by an infra-red sensor which starts and stops automatically* and a safety cut-out ensures that objects placed beneath the machine – accidentally or mischievously will not run the dryer longer than 80 seconds.

BC1 – The flush mounted model of the Combined Towel Dispenser, Warm Air Dryer and used Towel Receptacle provides all facilities for drying hands in the washroom. The attractive one piece front panel is hinged on the right side and secured by two locks, overlapping the back box by 25mm all round.

The back box has a depth of 133mm. The paper Towel Dispenser will hold up to 400 C fold towels with a width of up to 230mm. Access to the used Towel Receptacle is via a hinged flap which gives protection against contact with soiled towels.

BC2 – This surface mounted model is to the same specification as the BC1, but with a non overlapping front panel and a matching back box with a depth of 150mm.

The BC3 has a Paper Towel Dispenser and Warm Air Dryer for areas with restricted wall space and the availability of separate waste disposal facilities. Other aspects are as the BC1, but with a height of only 1000mm.

Water Bunnie macerators dispose of sanitary towels, paper towels and similar waste products of small cotton wool or wadding construction by grinding them into minute particles which are flushed into the waste drains by water.

Each machine caters for establishments with up to 250 staff. Fed by mains water, or a storage tank, they are actuated by lifting the access flap and inserting the towel. A 90 second cycle commences on closing the flap which starts the water flow and the grinding action. Disposal is usually effected in 25 seconds, the remaining time is for cleaning down the machine. Opening the flap during a cycle automatically stops the machine and on closing again a new cycle commences to ensure complete maceration. The machine stops if the access flap is opened or the cover removed and a thermal overload safeguards against the rare occurrence of overloading.

This model has all the technical features of the Water Bunnie 500 with the added facility of flush mounting. Front panels are fixed by vandal resistant, yet quickly released, fasteners. All the mechanical parts arehoused integrally.

A compact wall mounted unit with white epoxy polyester powder coated steel cabinet and strong glass reinforced plastic top. Access to the integral parts of the machine is gained by removing the front panel which is secured by a cylinder lock.

The new Mistral 50 harnesses the all natural properties of ozone to completely destroy all smells and odours, leaving the air fresh and clean and pure.

The Mistral 50 emits a steady flow of ozone into the surrounding air, killing all odour-making bacteria as it finds it. It breaks down all organic and chemical odours, from food, smoke and even solvent fumes. There is no need for harsh chemical scents to be pumped out into the room and no need for replacement cartridges or filters.

So how does it work?When Oxygen is activated with electricity, it naturally produces ozone. The ozone is then pumped out through the unit which disperses throughout the room, locking onto any bacteria and killing it. Only ozone kills bacteria, viruses, and mould thereby removing the source of the odours, not just covering them up. Ozone also removes smoke, and smoke odours.

Is it safe to use?Absolutely! Ozone is the safest and most natural purification agent. The Mistral only produces safe, low levels of ozone, which are naturally all around us, and are safe to breathe.

What are the running costs?The Mistral 50 uses less electricity than a 40 watt light bulb. There are no consumables to replace and therefore no additional running costs or wastage.

For all the Combi models the mounting height is based on the distance from the warm air outlet of the hand drier to the floor which is recommended at 1200mm – 1400mm. This is equivalent to the bottom of the front panel of the BC1 or BC2 being 350mm – 550mm above floor level. For the BC3 and BC4 this measurement is 850mm – 1050mm. These dimensions may be modified to suit installation conditions.

All four Combi models are pre-drilled in the rear box for screw or bolt fixings. The location should be inspected for structural integrity and if in doubt consult a qualified engineer, surveyor or builder.Fixing holes are designed for M10 or 3/8" diameter fixings.

The rear cabinet of the BC1 and the BC3 is made from mild steel and finished black stoved enamel. Waste receptacles are ofblack plastic coated wire mesh. The rear cabinet of the BC2 is made of stainless steel. Two keys are supplied with each lock.

All Water Bunnie macerators have the following features: Electrical supply to 13 amp connector block via rear conduit hole.Motor is 1/2 h.p. 1425 r.p.m., 50 cycles single phase, capacitor start continuously rated. Starting load of 888W. Grind rings are of special corrosion resistant steel which remains sharp for the life of the product. The closure is made in ABS and the chute is rubber for quiet operation. A siphon break of 25mm air gap avoids all possibility of back syphonage into the water supply. An automatic water regulator maintains an even flow of 7 litres (1 1/2 gallons) a minute during each operation ensuring complete cleaning.

All four models utilise a heavier gauge stainless steel than most other models available. Each model is also available in a polyester powder paint finish – white RAL 9010 90%.

electrical (for the BC1, BC2 and BC3)

The in-built Hand Dryer is automatic and is pre-wired to a terminal block via a microswitch. The microswitch prevents the Hand Dryer operating when the front panel is opened. Cable entry is via a 20mm knock out on the right side.

Direct connection to the mains supply or a header tank with a minimum head of 3.65 metres will ensure that a minimum of 5 p.s.i. is obtained. However, the head may be reduced to 2.0 metres by removing the flow washer in the solenoid. It is important that this washer MUST NOT be removed if the head is greater than 3.65 metres. A method of calculating the total flow in a system and other relevant advice will be supplied on request. A minimum fall of 1 in 20 must be allowed from the macerator to the waste pipe. Each machine has a 50mm (2") NB ‘S’ trap fitted internally.
