Divide your paper into 8 portions. Answer a question in each portion.

1) When did your team work well together? Why was that?2) When was it hard to work together as a team? Why was that?3) If you had the chance, what would you do differently with your team next time?

4) What was easy about this design thinking process? 5) What was hard about this design thinking process?6) What was your favorite part of the process? Why?7) How would you define ‘design thinking’ to a friend?8) How do you see yourself using this process at home?

Taking it home part 1: Yawning Yoshi!You are going to come up with some solutions for Yoshi

to do in a given situation.

Pick one of the Yoshis to design for and head to that area:Yawning Yoshi: Yawning Yoshi gets so bored all the time. His

teachers can’t seem to keep him interested.

Upset Yoshi: Upset Yoshi gets upset a lot. He is down about his family situation.

Forgetful Yoshi: Forgetful Yoshi forgets things all the time. He is always running late because he is such a scatterbrain.

‘How might wes’:Yawning Yoshi: Yawning Yoshi gets so bored all the time. His teachers can’t

Taking it home part 2: Designing a weekend experience for a partner.

You are going to come up with some solutions for a partner to do sometimes on a weekend.

This will feel like the Gift Giving activity from Wednesday.

In a way, this is like giving a partner a parting design thinking gift!

Interview your partner about what you like to do for fun.
