the front of the vehicle. For these folks, WARN offers the HiddenKit Mounting System. With this kit, you can mount a WARN winchusing factory frame holes while retaining the factory bumper.Available for select Chevrolet, GMC, Dodge, and Ford full-size trucks.

For Chevrolet and GMC truck owners who want tokeep the look of their vehicle, this hidden kitcomes with a special XD9000 short-drum winchthat fits the unique requirements of this mountingsystem. The kit bolts directly to the truck frame sothe only visible feature is the bumper and theintegrated roller fairlead.

'97-03 FORD 4X4 F-150, F-250 ANDEXPEDITION The winch mounts inside thefactory bumper, and access to controls isgained through the large air intake. The wirerope is fed through a roller fairlead mountedbeneath the bumper.

‘99–’07 FORD SUPER DUTY AND EXCURSION This WARN kit will handle theM12000, M15000 and 16.5ti. The bumper moves out a slight five inches andABS trim is applied to accentuate the factory lines. This material can be paintedto match the vehicle color or left its natural matte black. Access to the winchcontrols is from the top.

The WARN Wireless Control System lets you operate your truck’swinch remotely from up to 100’ away. The system will work withany WARN winch with a 5-wire electrical system.

The system is easy to install and a cinch to use. For easyinstallation, the Wireless Control System comes with a receiverwith an internal antenna, and all of the necessary mountinghardware. The receiver is potted for extreme resistance to waterand the elements. The weather-proof transmitter has two largebuttons that make it easy to operate, even while wearing gloves,and its two-color LED provides operator feedback.

WARN axles are machined to accept a full-circleretaining ring which reduces the possibility of a U-joint capslipping out, a leading cause of U-joint failure. They also allowthe owners of early Dana 30 front axles with 260x U-joints toupgrade to the more robust 760x U-joint.

WARN axle shafts have proven more robust than stock axlesand will normally survive a U-joint failure. They are warrantiedfor the life of the original owner against all manufacturer’sdefects. Because of individual drivingstyles, Warn Industries will notwarranty damaged axle yokesthat were the result of aU-joint failure.

This upgrade kit converts frontaxle wheel hubs to WARN 5 x 5.5 Premium mountinternal hubs. Now you canreplace any and all front Jeepwheel hubs, including theinfamous 5 bolt wheel hubsfound on 1981-86 Jeeps.

And you need lights that forego fancy styling for a rugged functionalitythat can light your way back to the pavement. Designed for off-road competition, these lights put out200,000 candela (cd) with illumination the color of daylightat 4,300 Kelvin. The effective illumination distance is 840

The SDB-210 HB uses a precision design Free Curve reflector that isoutstandingly smooth and heat resistant. It reflects light efficiently dueto the vaporized aluminum applied to the reflector surface.

The high quality lamp construction is the same as in the SDB-160 HB.The differences lie in the bulb wattage and the beam patterns thatconform to the European Community standards. The result is a widerfog beam pattern with sharp light cut-offs closer to the vehicle and narrower, shorter spot beam patternthan the SDB-160 HB. PN 60776

The SDB-160 HB uses a Free Curve reflector. A Free Curve reflectoris very efficient because it uses the whole reflector. This allows thespot beam to illuminate approximately 770 feet ahead and thedriving beam illuminates the entire surface in front of the vehicle.
