Shown is the proper use of the traction belt for the Lone Wolf Climbers (dia 1). Thepolyurethane belts are designed to be usedon the Lone Wolf products only. Always useyour traction in the position that it is shown india 1. Never use the belt in this position (dia. 2).Use in this position can cause damage to thetraction belt. Lone Wolf Fall Arrest System

Step 1: Place harness over your shoulders.

Step 2: Take your waist belt threading itthrough the buckle making sure that it issnug against your waist.

Step 3: Take your leg strap from the front to the back making sure to make adjust-ments so that the buckle is even with your waist belt. You will then take your hookunderneath your waist belt bringing it down securely against the waist strap.

Step 4: Repeat the same process on the other side adjusting the tension makingsure the hook is even with your waist belt coming up underneath and hooking downon your waist belt. This should allow your tether to be clear and free in the back.

Step 1: Place rope tether’s large loopunder the waist belt as shown.

Step 2: Thread the remainder of therope and carabineer through the largeloop and pull tight.

Step 3: Wrap the rope and carabineer around the tree.

Step 4: Hook the carabineer through the waist belt slidingthe Prusik knot for adjusting the length of the rope.

There is a large and small loop on the rope assembly. Always make sure that thesmall loop is always attached to the carabineer.

Step 1: Wrap the rope around the tree and then thread the carabineer and the Prusikknot through the large loop making sure you go through the large loop two times.

Step 2: Pull the rope assembly tightagainst the tree as shown.

Step 3: Slide the Prusik knot up againstthe tree tightly.

Step 4: Attach the tether from the harness onto the carabineer.

Step 1: Place the Climbing Stick v-bracket against the center of the tree. Wrap thebelt around the tree and then place the open loop over the versa button. You thenpull the belt tight.

Step 2: While holding the top 2 stepswith both hands, pull down until theclimbing stick is firmly attached to thetree.

Step 3: Slide the rope assembly up thetree before you proceed to install yournext stick.

Step 4: Continue this process until you are at your desired hunting height.

Step 1: While holding the stand in an open position, center the offset bracketagainst the tree. With the buckle in hand, wrap the belt around the tree and placethe loop over the top versa button and pull the belt tight.

Step 3: Lower the platform. Your additional strap can be added at this time.

Step 2: Lift the platform up and pull the belt tight again to take up any additionalslack in the belt. Pushing down on the rear of the seat at this time will help to ensurea solid set.

Step 4: Take the waist belt through theopen loops at the end of the upperstraps.

Step 5:Thread the waist strap throughthe buckle on the other side of the waistbelt. Once the belt is threaded, take theexcess back over the buckle and throughthe first side of the buckle pulling tightly.The excess strap can be placed throughthe open loops for convenience.

Step 1: Place the strap around the tree.

Step 2: Take the end of the strap andthread it through the cinch buckle goingfrom the bottom to the top and over theslide bringing it down through the end ofthe buckle.

Step 1: For the HAND CLIMBER TOPSECTION take the short end of the sta-bilizer straps and take it over the castingin the front corner of the seat through thesewn loop.

Step 3: Take your 6 ft. strap and secureone loop off to the clevis pin. Do thiswhile holding the foot leveler in place.

Step 4: Take the strap around the treeattaching the other loop to the oppositeclevis pin and foot leveler.

Step 5: Take the slack out of the strapto secure the base of the ladder forpulling apart the ladder sections.

Step 6: Firmly grab the platform andpull the ladder sections apart to yourdesired height.

Step 7: Lock the extended ladder sec-tion in place by inserting 2 clevis pinsper section in the appropriate markedholes. Run the clevis pins from theinside of the ladder rail to the outside.Lock the clevis pins in place.

Step 8: After the ladder sections havebeen pulled apart and secured in placewith the clevis pins, remove the strapfrom the feet levelers and secure the clevis pins back in place.

Step 9: Next, you will install the plat-form support bars. Lift the rear of theplatform up to a level position.

Step 10: Platform support bars shouldbe positioned along the inside of theplatform and ladder rails. Secure themwith the tightening knob.

Step 11: Again, the ladder supportbars should be from the inside of the rail placing the clevis pin inside out and locking the pin in place.

Step 12: Repeat the process with theopposite platform support bar.

Step 13: Again, place the support baron the inside of the ladder rail in theappropriately marked hole. Insert the clevis pin from the inside out locking the pin in place.

Step 14: Next, feed the looped end ofthe 16 ft. stabilizer strap through theplatform as shown. Take the otherlooped end, along with the buckle,through the loop. Pull and secure to the platform.

Step 19: Walk the ladder up toward the treereaching hand over hand against the rungsuntil the platform connects with the tree.

Step 20: Walk the bottom of the ladderout away from the tree until the ladder isin a free standing position.

Step 21: Installation of the 6 ft stabilizerstraps. Criss-cross the stabilizer strapsaround the back of the tree making surethe straps cross at the highest point pos-sible. Secure them off to the versa but-tons on the ladder sections. Tighten themdown taking the tension out of the straps.

Step 23: Install the black ladder support strap by attaching it to one versa button on one side of the ladderrail, around the tree, securing it off to theopposite versa button on the oppositeside, pulling, and securing the ladder to the tree. Please NOTE: the black 11 ft ladder support strap should be used on the highest versa button that can bereached from the ground or from the firstladder rung.

Step 24: Install the ladder wedge bar.The clamp end of the ladder wedge barshould be placed over the first or secondrung and secured with the clevis pinform the underside of the rung.

Step 25: Remove the clevis pin fromthe adjustment slide in the wedge bar.

Step 26: Slide the bar to a length thatcauses the v-bracket to be in a slightlyhigher position than the clamp end.Then, reinsert the clevis pin to lock thewedge bar at that length.

Step 27: Slowly and slightly pull upand out away from the tree on the bottom rung.

Step 28: Before installing your last 2stabilizer straps and before climbing ontothe platform, you must install your treeattachment rope and then your tether to your carabineer.

Step 29: Now you’re ready to installyour last two stabilizing straps. Wrap thebelt around the tree and place the loopover the top versa button. Pull the belttightly.

Step 30: Lastly, install second stabilizerstrap at this time.

Lone Wolf Camera Arm

WARNING!Failure to follow these instructions could result in serious injury, death or damage tocamera equipment.

• Do not use camera arm to assist you in entering or exiting you stand.• Do not lean on or against camera arm.• Do not use arm to support your weight.

Using in above fashion could cause arm to become disengaged from tree, resultingin loss of balance or falling out of tree.

The Assault™ Hang On uses the sameapplication as the Alpha™ Hang On. Justkeep in mind where the straps will beplaced on the platform.

Step 4: Take the three bar buckle (which is provided) andfeed it through the opposite of the webbing. Keep in mind,you should have 2 bars visible. Find the other smooth rib onthe platform. Lone Wolf Climbing SticksAttachment to Stand

for Back Packing( Attaching the Climbing Sticks to the Alpha™ Hang On)

Step 1: To start with, you have twoversa buttons with straps. Start with thelower strap and actually run it around thebase of the stand two times. Run yourloop back over the versa button. Loweryour stand and cinch it tightly.

Step 2: NOTE: There are two foot padsmolded into the platform. Make surethese foot pads are clear from thestraps. We’re going to attach the v-bracket from the sticks there at a later time.

Step 3: Take the Lone Wolf ClimbingStick (keep in mind that on every set ofsticks you will see some webbing with abuckle- always make sure this stick is onthe bottom of your stack).

Step 4: Take the gray webbing andwrap it around the base of the stick.

Step 7: Line the allen head up with thathole. You should get a nice, snug fit.

Step 8: Then, take the black webbingon the bottom stick and wrap it aroundthe other two sticks, buckle it, and cinchit tightly.
