WARREN COUNTY WATER DISTRICT SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FOR GRADUATING SENIOR Warren County Water District provides water and sewer service throughout the Warren County area. The district clearly understands the importance of education and the need to foster success of future water and sewer utility professionals. In that regard, we are offering a $1,000 scholarship to assist a high school senior to further his or her education. This scholarship is renewable for up to four years if the recipient maintains eligibility requirements. Be graduating from Greenwood High School, South Warren High School, Warren East High School, Warren Central High School, Bowling Green High Schools, home school, private school or any future public school in Warren County. d. Enroll at Western Kentucky University or SKYCTC. e. Have a minimum high school GPA of 3.0. f. Complete a current FAFSA report. g. Seek a degree in one of the following fields of study: օ Engineering օ Environmental Science օ Biology օ Chemistry օ Architectural & Manufacturer Sciences (Drafting or AutoCAD) օ Agriculture օ Public Health օ Business օ Accounting օ Water Utilities Management h. Maintain one of the repuired fields of study throughout their post-secondary academic career to remain eligible. 3. Students who receive scholarships from other sources with total amounts equal to full tuition or above will not be eligible for the WCWD Scholarship. 4. Relatives of the WCWD staff and board will not be eligible for this scholarship.

When this scholarship application and essay are completed, please send to the WKU College Heights Foundation at the address listed below. FAFSA reports should be completed online and forwarded to WKU. All scholarship applications that are submitted by the due date will be evaluated by the College Heights Foundation selection staff.
