Lincolnshire couple, Edward and Lucy Herring, own and run Washingborough Hall as well as juggling the needs of their three young daughters. They pride themselves on their hands-on approach. They have already overseen some sympathetic renovation work and have added their own personal touch. Lucy, with her background as a successful cordon bleu cook, works closely with the head chef to create the traditional British menu using the highest quality fresh produce.

Twinkle Star! Christmas Party Nights!Against a backdrop of roaring fi res and candlelit intimacy, groups of 8 to 60

guests may enjoy festive private dining in the splendour of this Country House.

Whether it is a personal or corporate festive celebration, our event specialists are on hand to ensure it is everything you would expect and more.

For our Christmas parties, a four course festive party menu is available starting at £25.95 per person and includes Christmas novelties and background music. An entertainer

or DJ can be hired at an additional cost, all bedrooms to be taken with the party.

Kick the evening off at 7.30pm with canapés and a glass of fi zz and after the sumptuous seven course dinner the optional dancing

will begin in the main hall!

2. All function bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person within 14 days of making a reservation, accommodation bookings require a 50% refundable deposit by credit card as confi rmation

3. All bookings not confi rmed by the appropriate deposit will be released.

Payment1. The fi nal balance must be paid by 1st December 2012, bookings made after this period

will only be accepted with full payment.2. Due to the high volume of payments we can only accept payments from the main organiser

3. All additional charges must be settled on departure.4. There is a 2% charge on payments made by credit card.

Amendments and cancellations1. If you need to cancel your booking you should notify the hotel immediately

2. All monies paid are non-refundable or transferable in the case of a cancellation3. We regret that if your party size decreases in numbers no refund in deposits paid

will be made and the fi nal balance due will be on the revised numbers.

Other1. The Hall reserves the right to change the festive programme, contents or prices due to circumstances

outside of its control and will not be held liable other than to return any monies paid.2. Pre booking of menu choices is required for Festive menus (party size 6 and above)

at least 7 days before your chosen date. Pre booking of main course and dietary requirements for New Year’s Eve Dinner is also required 14 days prior to the event.

3. Please notify us at the time of booking if any of your party has food allergies or special dietary requirements.4. New Year’s Eve Dinner is strictly 18 years and over

5. Dress code for dinner is smart casual; we ask that you refrain from wearing trainers or sportswear. Dress code for NYE is Black Tie/Suit/Jackets

6. The Hall reserves the right to charge the organiser, company or individual for any damage caused.7. Abusive behaviour towards other guests or staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances

8. No food, wine or other drinks may be brought onto the premises for consumption during your visit9. All details are correct at the time of going to press but may be subject to alteration without prior notice
