Super bag: Our manufacturing process makes it possible to reduce the thickness by half without changing quality feautures. With double bottom sealing. Part of this range is suitable for food contact.

The Poly-Line-Concept was developed to be able to adjust to the individual needs and requirements of companies in terms of optimal waste disposal. When being aware of the waste sort at hand, you can save both time and money, just by choosing the right product.

The Poly-Line range is regularly tested according to all valid norms and staturory regulations, in order to ensure the best quality and performance. In the overview below, we describe how all Poly-Line-Sacks are tested in terms of strength and how to read each point of the data sheets and products. ( , , )

The overall evaluation of the sacks base on three test parameters:

1. Elongation 2. Tear resistence 3. Dart drop

The average value of the three test results gives each product the number of respective points:

Longation indicates how much the sack can be strained, before it breaks. Elongation is primarily an indication of how much weight the sack can stand.

The tear strength indicates how fast the foil tears, after a break has occurred.

The dart drop describes how the material behaves upon sudden impact from sharp objects.

This primarily depends on the foil thickness (microns).
