Gaat om spectrum van patiënten variërend van:
Patiënten die relatief gemakkelijk meegaan in een hulpverleningsverhaal
Patiënten die moeilijkheden hebben met het hulpverleningsverhaal, maar er wel voor openstaan
Patiënten die al te gewillig meegaan in het verhaal van sommigen, maar niet van anderen
Tot patiënten die helemaal niet openstaan voor hulpverlening
Gaat dus om zich afsluiten versus openstaan voor nieuwe informatie/kennis en daardoor "broaden and build" cycli vaak onmogelijk maken

Aantal mogelijke patiëntfactoren die
effect/verloop bepalen is in principe oneindig:

En later bij uitbreiding van anderen meer algemeen
