DESCRIPTION OF MODES AND DISPLAYSTIDE / DATE / TIME MODE (main screen)- Note; Set your local time, date and other basic set up functions in this mode.(see setting procedure)

AM/PM Indicator

TIDE HEIGHT GAUGEThis gauge displays the current positionand direction of the tide.

DST on Indicator

TIDE RANGE GAUGEThis gauge displays the tide range

(coefficient) in graph and numeric form,in feet or meters.

EXAMPLE ABOVEThis dial indicates that the next tide will be a 1.6 meter high tide. The current timeis 11:30am and the current state of the tide is; half tide, going high.

TIDE SET MODEIn this mode you can select and set your beach from200 preset locations. It will display tide informationuntil Dec 2022. This mode also allows you to createa custom location by placing an offset average toany of the 200 beaches. Or create a completelynew “ spot X” using our averaging tide system. Thismode also allows you to quickly view all the tide times for today and tomorrow.

SUNRISE / SUNSET MODEThis mode displays the days sunrise andsunset times for your set tide location.

MOONPHASE MODEThis mode displays the current phase of the moon.

NOTE : SPECIAL FEATURES : 1. In any mode holding the light button for 2 secondswill return the watch to TIDE/DATE/TIME mode. 2. We have given the TIDE/DATE/TIME mode a different key tone, this means even in the dark you can always findthis mode. 3. The LIGHT stays on for 3 seconds but if you continually press otherbuttons the light will stay on until a button hasn’t been pushed for 3 seconds.

ANALOGUE TIME SETTINGSCREW CROWNTo change the time or to make tide and moonsettings, the screw crown of your watch mustfirst be unscrewed, as follows...1. Make sure your watch is completely dry;2. Turn the crown counterclockwise/towardsyou (fig.1);3. With crown completely unscrewed (fig.2 ),it can be pulled out to set your watch asdescribed in OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS(below);4. After setting, push crown back in fully, then carefully screw the crown in slowly toreseal your watch (fig.3). Never force the screw.

IMPORTANT!For your watch to be properly sealed, the crown must be fully screwed in.

Never unscrew the crown when your watch is in water or is wet.

SCREW LOCK BUTTONS (if applicable)

To be able to activate the buttons on your watch, they must first beunscrewed, as follows......

1. Turn the button counterclockwise (fig.1);2. With the button completely unscrewed (fig.2), it can be pressed to setyour watch as described in OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS (below);3. After setting, re-screw the button in firmly, being careful not to overtighten the screw as it can damage the button. (fig.3).

DIGITAL TIME AND DATE SETTINGNOTE: There are 3 possible digital views in TIDE/DATE/TIME MODE (main screen).Use START/STOP or LAP/RESET to switch between views.1. The date: Can be displayed as DD-MM (Day/Month) or MM-DD (Month/Day)

2. Digital time: Wherever you are, for accurate tide time and alarm usage, thedigital time must be set to the local time and date.

3. The tide time: The display below shows the tide will be low at 3.40pm.

To set the date and time.Ensure you are in TIDE/DATE/TIME MODE (main screen).- HOLD MODE/SET in for 2 seconds to enter setting.- Press MODE/SET to advance through Year, Month, Day/date, Hour, Minute,Seconds, Date format, 12 or 24 hr format, Hourly chime, Key tone and Feet orMeters.- Press START/STOP to increase. Press LAP/RESET to decrease.Once complete, you must HOLD MODE/SET in for 2 seconds again to exit settingmode and save any adjustments.

DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME (DST) SETTING- Ensure you have the TIME showing in the digital screen.- HOLD START/STOP in for 5 seconds and your watch will automatically adjustto Daylight Savings Time. A plus (+) icon will appear in left of the screen. Thisicon indicates the DST function is active.To adjust the time at the end of the DST season simply repeat the procedureabove.NOTE: At the start and end of DST season you MUST use the DST function as itcorrects the current time, and TIDE time to be DST correct.

DUAL TIME SETTINGWe recommend you always use the analogue time as your home time when youtravel or as a second time zone when you are at home.Remember, the DIGITAL time MUST always be set to the local time whereveryou are so that the tide time and alarm function are correct.

TIDE SETTING-Press MODE/SET to advance to TIDE MODE.-HOLD MODE/SET in for 2 seconds to enter beach setting.-To toggle between REGIONS use START/STOP & LAP/RESET.When you find desired region press MODE/SET.-Use START/STOP & LAP/RESET to toggle through to your desired COUNTRY.Press MODE/SET to lock in your country.-Use START/STOP & LAP/RESET to toggle to desired STATE.Press MODE/SET to lock in your state.-Use START/STOP & LAP/RESET to toggle to desired BEACH.-HOLD MODE/SET in for 2 seconds to save selected beach.** Remember to HOLD MODE/SET or your new beach will not be saved.

The next tide time will appear in the screen. The tide time will be numbered depending on if it’sthe 1st or 4th tide of the day. Some beaches can have up to 6 tides per day so the watch willshow all possible tides in any one day up to 6.-You can use the START/STOP to toggle through the tide times and range for today andtomorrows tides. Today’s tides will be numbered 1 to 6 or 1 to 4 depending on the beach e.g.H1, L2, H3, L4, H5, L6. As you continue into tomorrow’s tide times, the tides will also benumbered 1 to 6 but so you can identify tomorrows tide times when a + symbol appears inscreen after the tide time.You can use LAP/RESET to toggle back though the tide times.If no button is pushed for 30 seconds the current next tide time will re appear in the screen.

CUSTOMIZE A PRESET BEACHIn the case where one of the 200 preset beaches isn’t your local beach you can CUSTOMIZEthe tide data for any of the 200 preset beaches to match your beach.-Firstly, use the tide set procedure above to preset the beach closest to your beach.-Then find the average time offset between the selected preset beach and your beach.Eg. Bells plus 45 minutes equals my local beach.-To activate CUSTOM setting, in TIDE mode press and HOLD LAP/RESET in for 2 seconds,MINS appears and a ZERO digit will flash.-Use START/STOP & LAP/RESET to increase or decrease the time offset till correct.-Press MODE/SET to lock in your offset. CUSTOM will appear in the screen. You can thenrename the customized beach to the new beach name.-Use START/STOP & LAP/RESET to scroll through the alphabet and change the selectedletter.

-Press MODE/SET to move to the next letter.-Once complete, HOLD MODE/SET in for 2 seconds to save all informationNOTE: If just want to leave the customized beach named as CUSTOM, you can just HOLDMODE/SET in for 2 seconds to save.ALSO NOTE: Once you have customized a preset beach, eg. Bells, that location has beenover written and will no longer appear in the watches’ beach list. To return to the originalbeach name and tide data, you must be in TIDE MODE, HOLD LAP/RESET in for 2seconds, the MIN digits will flash, use START/STOP & LAP/RESET to change the offsetback to zero, HOLD MODE/SET in for 2 seconds to return to the original beach used tocreate the offset.

SPOT X BEACH INTRODUCTIONJust in case you can’t find a preset location that can be customized to your localbeach. Your watch is equipped with a Spot X averaging tide function. Spot X followsthe world accepted average tide cycle of 6hrs 12mins and 25 seconds from Hightide to Low tide. Spot X is present at the bottom of EVERY beach list.

SPOT X SETTING-Select Spot X from any beach list. (See tide setting)-Find the next HIGH tide time for the beach you want to create and set the informationusing the procedure below.(Tide time information can be found in the local newspaper).-In TIDE mode HOLD LAP/RESET in for 2 seconds, the year will appear and flash, useSTART/STOP & LAP/RESET to select the year.-Press MODE/SET, the MONTH will flash, use START/STOP & LAP/RESET to enter monthof the next high tide.-Press MODE/SET the DATE will flash, use START/STOP & LAP/RESET to enter date ofthe next high tide.-Press MODE/SET, the HOUR will flash, use START/STOP & LAP/RESET to enter hour ofthe next high tide.-Press MODE/SET, the MINUTES will flash, use START/STOP & LAP/RESET to enterminutes of the next high tide.-Press MODE/SET, the S of Spot X with flash. You can rename Spot X to your local beachname by following procedure below, or to leave the name as Spot X, simply HOLDMODE/SET in for 2 seconds to set and save all new Spot X information.-Or use START/STOP & LAP/RESET to scroll through the alphabet and change the selectedletter. Press MODE/SET to move to the next letter.-Once complete, HOLD MODE/SET in for 2 seconds to save all.

NOTE: When Spot X is set no RANGE information will be displayed, only the time ofthe next tide and tide direction graph will be displayed.

SUNRISE AND SUNSET MODE-Press MODE/SET to advance to SUN.Either R (Sunrise) or S (Sunset) will appear in the screen.-Use START/STOP & LAP/RESET to toggle between them.-If you want to know a future dates sunrise or sunset, simply change the date in TIDE /DATE / TIME MODE, to any future date and then toggle to the SUN mode to see thetimes for your selected date.

MOONPHASE MODE-Press MODE/SET to advance to MOONPHASE.-This mode displays the current phase of the moon.-Press START/STOP or LAP/RESET to display the current phase of the moon in graphform (see below)

TIMER (COUNTDOWN TIMER) SETTING-Press MODE/SET to advance to TIMER.Your watch timer is preset to 30 minutes, but can be adjusted to countdown from 23hr 59min 59secs. Once the timer hits zero an alarm willsound for 30 seconds.-Press START/STOP to start or stop the Timer.-HOLD LAP/RESET in for 2 seconds to reset the Timer to the preset time.You must do this prior to being able to change the preset time of the timer.

ADJUSTING TIMER to another time period, up to 23hr 59min 59secs.-HOLD MODE/SET in for 2 seconds, the hour digits will appear and flash.Use START/STOP & LAP/RESET to select hour you want.-Press MODE/SET, the minutes will flash. Use START/STOP & LAP/RESETto select minutes required.-HOLD MODE/SET in for 2 seconds to confirm the time set.

ALARM SETTING-Press MODE/SET to advance to ALARM.-HOLD MODE/SET the hour digits will flash.-Use START/STOP & LAP/RESET to select required hour. Make sure youhave AM or PM correct in the alarm.

CHRONOGRAPH (STOP WATCH) SETTING-Press MODE/SET to advance to CHRONO.-Press START/STOP to start or stop the chronograph.-To reset the Chrono to zero HOLD LAP/RESET in for 2 seconds. (Chronomust be stopped to reset.)

SUNRISE / SUNSET MODE- This mode displays the days sunriseand sunset times for your set locationuntil Dec 2026 using our FUTUREsunrise prediction feature. (Seesetting procedure)

CHRONO MODE (STOPWATCH)- Stopwatch, up to 99 laps.(Seesetting procedure)

LOCATION, TIME AND DATE SELECTIONSelecting your location automatically adjusts the tide and time according toworld time- zone offsets- Ensure you are in MAIN SCREEN.- To review your current location press (LIGHT).To select new location use the procedure below.- HOLD (SEARCH) in for 2 seconds to enter LOCATION selection.-To toggle between REGIONS use (START+) & (RESET-). When you find desiredregion press (SEARCH).-Use (START+) & (RESET-) to toggle through to your desired COUNTRY. Press

(SEARCH) to lock in your country.-Use (START+) & (RESET-) to toggle to desired LOCATION.- HOLD (SEARCH) in for 2 seconds to save selected LOCATION.

Setting your location will adjust the tide and the time according to world timezone offsets

NOTE: Your watch will remind you to check your Daylight Saving Status.HOLD (START+) for 5 seconds to activate the DST function. This will add one hourto the current TIME & TIDE. Once activated the DST icon will be visible at the bottomof your display.

At the start and end of DST season you MUST use the DST function as it correctsthe current time, and TIDE time to be DST correct.

MANUAL TIME AND DATE SETTING- Ensure you are in MAIN SCREEN.- HOLD (LIGHT) in for 2 seconds to enter MANUAL TIME setting.- Press (SEARCH) to advance through Year, Month, Day/date, Hour, Minute,Seconds, Date format, 12 or 24 hr format, Hourly chime, Key tone and Feet orMeters, Auto Off function.

- Press (START+) to increase. Press (RESET-) to decrease.- Once complete, you must hold (SEARCH) in for 2 seconds again to exit settingmode and save any adjustments.

DUAL TIME & TIDE SETTING (TIME ZONE 2 (T2))(You can have a 2nd tide & time location stored for ease when travelling or fordown the coast)- Ensure you are in MAIN SCREEN.- Press (RESET-) to VIEW the second time zone.- HOLD (RESET-) in for 5 seconds to change to the second time zone, T2 iconwill appear and stay displayed in the bottom left hand corner of your watch.

COMPASS SETTINGIMPORTANT: Before use and for accurate readings the Compass MUST becalibrated.NOTE: Accurate calibration is best done outside or at least away from strongmagnetic forces such as computers, refrigerators, TV’s or other large metalobjects.

To calibrate for MAGNETIC NORTH.- Press (SEARCH) to advance to Compass mode.-HOLD (SEARCH) in for 2 seconds and OFFSET appears in the display.NOTE: No offset is required when calibrating for Magnetic North.- To continue calibration press (SEARCH). Your watch will instruct you to TURNCW. This means, take the watch off, hold it level, and rotate it SLOWLY in aclockwise direction. It will take one minute of slow clockwise rotation to completethe calibration. Once the calibration is complete DONE will appear in the screenand then the compass direction will appear.- Use the arrow on the top of the watch case to find your direction.- To conserve battery life, after 60 seconds the Compass will revert to MAINSCREEN.

To calibrate for TRUE NORTH an OFFSET is required.***See below.Enter your OFFSET by using (START+) or (RESET-) then press (SEARCH) to

continue calibration. Your watch will instruct you to TURN CW. This means, takethe watch off, hold it level, and rotate it SLOWLY in a clockwise direction. It willtake one minute of slow clockwise rotation to complete the calibration. Once thecalibration is complete, firstly DONE will appear in the screen and then thecompass direction will appear.- Use the arrow on the top of the watch case to find your direction.- To conserve battery life, after 60 seconds the Compass will revert to MAIN SCREEN.

***OFFSET – Entering the correct OFFSET makes the watch point to True North,OFFSETS vary for different places. Eg; TV, Fridge, computer, car and etc.

FUTURE TIDE FUNCTIONIf you want to know tide and moon information for a specific date in the futureuntil December 2026 the FUTURE TIDE FUNCTION must be used.-Press (SEARCH) to advance to FUTURE TIDE MODE. Press (START+) or (RESET-)to toggle through tide data, one tide at a time, past or future, for the selectedbeach, or use the procedure below to view a particular date.-HOLD (START+) in for 2 seconds, the year will flash, press (START+) & (RESET-) toselect the correct year.-Press (SEARCH) the MONTH will flash in top left hand corner, press (START+)& (RESET-) to select the correct month.-Press (SEARCH) the DATE will flash, press (START+) & (RESET-) to select thecorrect date.-HOLD (SEARCH) in for 2 seconds to save the date you want.-Press (START+) & (RESET-) to toggle through the tide data.

CUSTOMIZE A PRESET LOCATIONIn the case where one of the 500 preset locations isn’t your local beach you canCUSTOMIZE the tide data for any of the 500 preset locations using an offset.-First, use the LOCATION TIME & DATE selection procedure to preset the locationclosest to where you want to customize to.-Then find the average time offset between the selected preset location and yourbeach. Eg. Bells plus 45 minutes equals my local beach.-To activate CUSTOM setting, in FUTURE TIDE MODE press and HOLD (RESET-) in for 2seconds, OFFSET appears and a ZERO digit will flash.-Use (START+) & (RESET-) to increase or decrease the time offset till correct.

-Press (SEARCH) to lock in your offset. The watch will then ask you to rename thepreset beach to the new beaches name.-Use (START+) & (RESET-) to scroll through the alphabet and change the selected letter.-Press (SEARCH) to move to the next letter.-Once complete, HOLD (SEARCH) in for 2 seconds to save all information NOTE: Toleave the customized beach named as CUSTOM, put in the offset then HOLD (SEARCH)in for 2 seconds to save.ALSO NOTE: If you select a new beach you will lose your custom setting.

To calibrate for MAGNETIC NORTH.- Press MODE/SET to advance to Compass mode.-HOLD MODE/SET in for 2 seconds and OFFSET appears in the display.NOTE: No offset is required when calibrating for Magnetic North.- To continue calibration press MODE/SET. Your watch will instruct you to TURNCW. This means, take the watch off, hold it level, and rotate it SLOWLY in a clockwisedirection. CUSTOMIZE A PRESET BEACHIn the case where one of the 200 preset beaches isn’t your local beach youcan CUSTOMIZE the tide data for any of the 200 preset beaches to matchyour beach.-Firstly, use the tide set procedure above to preset the beach closest toyour beach.-Then find the average time offset between the selected preset beach andyour beach. Eg. Bells plus 45 minutes equals my local beach.-To activate CUSTOM setting, in TIDE mode press and HOLD LAP/RESET infor 2 seconds, OFFSET appears and a ZERO digit will flash.-Use START/STOP & LAP/RESET to increase or decrease the time offset tillcorrect.-Press MODE/SET to lock in your offset. GETTING THE WATCH STARTEDAutomatic mechanical watches do not require a battery.There are 2 methods of starting your watch.

1. You can wind the watch turning the crown in a clockwise directionapproximately 15 times. Make sure you don’t over wind it.NOTE :If your Automatic watch has a screw crown you 1st must undo the screw ina counterclockwise direction prior to winding the crown in a clockwise direction.

2. You can also wind your watch by swinging your arm.We recommend you 1st wind the watch to get it started and then bywearing the watch you will continue to give power to the watch.NOTE :* When you take your watch off the power reserve is approx 24 to 36 hours.

CHARGING YOUR WATCH:Your watch was fully charged at the factory so it should be powered upto wear, but for future charging please read on.

Expose the watch to sunlight or strong artificial light and it will startoperating immediately with the second hand moving at 2-secondintervals.Keep the watch exposed to the light until second hand moves at 1-second intervals.

CAUTION WHEN CHARGING:When charging, make sure the watch temperature does not exceed 50c.When charging the watch in sunlight, do not leave it on the dashboardof a car as the watch temperature could become extremely high anddamage the watch.Do not place your watch too close to a photoflash light, spotlight,incandescent light or other light sources as the watch temperature couldbecome extremely high, causing damage to the watch.

The values in this column represent the charging times required untilthe second hand moves constantly at 1-second.

Note: Even if the watch is not charged for the time specified above, thesecond hand may temporarily move at 1-second intervals. But, it will soonresume moving at 2-second intervals. Therefore you must charge thewatch for the specified period.When the watch is fully charged, it will keep operating for approximately 6 months.

NOTE: Energy depletion forewarning functionWhen the energy stored in the watch is reduced to an extremely lowlevel, the second hand starts moving at 2-second intervals instead ofthe normal 1-second intervals. In that case, recharge the watch assoon as possible by exposing it to light. Otherwise, the watch may stopoperating in about 3 days.

To prevent the energy depletion wear the watch so that it is notcovered by your clothes.When the watch is not in use, leave it in a bright place as long aspossible.* Make sure that the watch temperature does not exceed 50C.

Note: Power supplyYour watch contains a rechargeable capacitor, so unlike conventionalbattery-powered watches, battery replacement is not necessary.The solar cell is a clean energy source, having no adverse effect on thenatural environment.

Caution:Never try to insert a conventional silver oxide battery in your watch asit may explode, generate an intense heat, or even catch fire.

[ ] Normal Time:The display shows hour in 24hr Military time or in AM &PM, minute, second, month, date and day of week.To enable or disable key tone when in [TIME 1] modepress the LAP/RESET repeatedly and the (KEY) symbolwill appear or disappear.

[ ] Stop watch (Chronograph) with lap memory:Your chronograph will count in 100th of a second from 0to 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds.

In [CHRONO] mode, simply push the START/STOP buttonto commence and stop the Chronograph. Then push theLAP/RESET button firmly to reset to “0” while the Chro-nograph is stopped. Note that when the Chronograph isrunning, the ( ) symbol will flash.

To record a Lap-time push the LAP/RESET button whilethe Chronograph is running. The digits will stop to showthe lap-time and the accumulated time.

To recall previous lap memory push the LIGHT buttonwhile the Chronograph is stopped. Push the LIGHT but-ton again and next lap will display. Push START/STOP orLAP/RESET button to exit and go back to the Chrono-graph screen.

Notes: 1. To view the current time and date, while the Chronograph is run-ning, simply press the MODE button 3 times. The Normal Time screen willappear and the ( ) symbol will flash to show that the Chronograph is stillrunning.

[ ] Timer Mode:There are 3 modes of timer: ( ) Count Down-Stop, ( ) Count Down-Repeat or ( )Count Down- and Up, each with a preset value up to 23hrs, 59 min, 59 sec.

In ( ) Modes, simply push the START/STOP tocommence and stop the Timer. Then push the LAP/RE-SET to reset to the preset value while the timer isstopped. Note that the ( ) symbol will appear on CountDown - and Up Timer mode only. When the Count Up isrunning the ( ) symbol will flash.

Light Function• In any MODE you can simply push the LIGHT but-ton and the whole screen will light up and stay on for 3 seconds.

Setting Normal Time and Date.• Press and HOLD the MODE button for 2 to 3 seconds and you willthen be in the daily alarm setting screen, we will cover that later inthe instructions. So once you are in the alarm setting screen youmust push the MODE button again to be taken to the Normal timesetting screen.• The Seconds will be flashing, push LAP/RESET to set the seconds to zero.• Push START/STOP the Minutes will be flashing, push LAP/RESET to set theMinutes.• Push START/STOP the Hour will be flashing, push LAP/RESET to set the Hour.• Push START/STOP and now you will be in the date setting screen and theMonth will be flashing, push LAP/RESET to set the Month.• Push START/STOP the Date will be flashing, push LAP/RESET to set the Date.• Push START/STOP the Day will be flashing, push LAP/RESET to set the Day.

• Push MODE to finish the setting.• Note: Hold START/STOP and then Push LAP/RESET you can select Month/date or date/Month format.• Note: Hold LAP/RESET and then Push MODE you can select 12HR OR 24HRformat.• Note: Due to this watch having no year setting function it means the calendarwill never expire, but it also means, on March 1st each year, except on a leapyear, you need to correct the day as this watch is preset to a leap year dateformat ie Feb 29 days.

Setting The Daily Alarm• Press and HOLD the MODE button for 2 to 3 seconds to enter thedaily alarm setting screen, the Hour will be flashing, push LAP/RESET to set the Hour. The alarm on indicator “ ” will automati-cally appear. If you are using 12HR format make sure you set youralarm to the correct time ie AM “A” OR PM “P”.• Push START/STOP the Minutes will be flashing, push LAP/RESET to set theMinutes.• Push MODE to finish the setting.• NOTE: In normal time screen you can Hold LAP/RESET and then Push START/

STOP to turn on or off the hourly chime “ ” and daily alarm “ ”.

Chronograph Mode. (Stopwatch)• Press the MODE button to enter the Chronograph mode.• Push START/STOP to start the Chronograph.• Push START/STOP to stop the chronograph.• Push LAP/RESET to reset the chronograph to zeroUsing the Chronograph Lap Function.• Press the MODE button to enter the Chronograph mode.• Push START/STOP to start the Chronograph.• Push LAP/RESET to stop the chronograph’s 1st Lap• Push LAP/RESET to restart the chronograph and it will have continued thecount and now will display the full time elapsed.• Push START/STOP to completely stop the Chronograph.• Push LAP/RESET to reset the chronograph to zero.

HEAT BEZELHEAT BEZEL FUNCTIONThe unique Rip Curl Heat Bezel, found on many Rip Curl watches, can beused for countdown timing of 20, 30 and 40-minute periods - the commonheats in surfing competitions. The Heat Bezel countdown timer can also beused for any other timing requirements (ie. sun exposure, parking meters,appointments etc.)

To set the Heat Bezel Timer...1.Turn your bezel by hand counterclockwise/to the left and align the Rip Curllogo with the minute hand.

2.During the heat, the minute hand will automatically count down againstthe bezel (with 5-minute interval markers), telling you at a glance how muchtime is left.

LEATHER / PU STRAPSTo Change Your Strap:To change your watch strap use a pin or paperclipto gently push the solid pins through the casepin holes.

At the same time, carefully pull on the strapuntil the bar releases.When fitting your new strap ensure the bars areseated well by tugging on both ends before youwear your watch.

Note: Rip Curl leather straps are made of the finest oiled leather for longlife. But despite other’s claims, real leather cannot be made 100% water-proof. Don’t wear leather in any water.

For water use, replace your leather strap with a suitable waterproof rubberor velcro strap, Stainless Steel Straps are waterproof.

STAINLESS STEEL STRAPSBAND LENGTH ADJUSTMENT:Major Adjustments to the length of your strap must be made by removingthe correct amount of metal links to fit your wrist. Links should be taken outas evenly as possible from both sides.

1. Note the direction of the small engraved ar-rows on the back of strap links.

2. Use a thumb tack firmly push out the firstsplit-pin in the direction of the arrow. Fig.1

3. Pull out the split pin fully. The strap now comesapart. Repeat this step for each link to be re-moved. Fig.2

4. Now align the two ends of the strap and re-place the pin in the opposite direction of the ar-row. Be sure to note the correct end of the splitpin to insert. Fig.3

5. Firmly press the pin back into place using ahard object. Next lightly tap the pin fully into place.Fig.4

Minor adjustments:After the correct fit has been achieved final adjustments or changes can bemade as follows:1. Use a thumb tack slowly insert into the spring bar hole at the clasp. (fig.5) Join will release.2. Move the spring bar to the desired hole for the perfect fit. (fig. 6). Besure to align both ends of the spring bar in the same set of holes.
