(1) A Contract Amendment was signed for

releasing payments to sub-consultant due

to non-local establishment of lead firm as

per contract. (2) Contract's completion

date has passed and on request of

extension, a timebound action plan and

demonstration/proof of the consultant's

enhanced inputs have been asked from

Consultant which are pending. Retroactive

NOL of World Bank would be sought

(1) Newly added activity in lieu of Flow

Measurement Study. (2) Due to poor

response, dateline for submission/receipt

of EOIs has been twice extended.

Earlier two separate proc. activities were

planned, one for Establishment of GIS/MIS

Lab and other for development &

improvement of Tools & Models for

simulation and optimization of operations

& management of IRSA. Now, both have

been clubbed in one proc. acitivity due to

their overlapping scope of work.

extended for enhancing competition,

througg issuance of corrigendum in same

manner in which EOI was published, with

World Bank's concurrence. Dateline for

submission of Proposals was also been

extended with NOL of WB from 07.11.2012
