Overview of WTBS Software

WTBS is a server based software package for the community managed water supply systems for automated billing, asset management developed by the SOFTWEL (P) Ltd.

The Software Offers:

• Monthly Billing, Payment receipts, query facilities

• Define Fine and Discount Criteria

• Yearly, Monthly, Daily report viewing facility

• User-friendly Nepali Interface

1 INSTALLATION AND SOFTWARE INITIALIZATION WTBS package is provided in our website.

Following instructions should be followed to install the program:

a) Go to URL : wtbs.softwel.com.np

b) Click Install . A setup.exe file will be downloaded.

c) Double Click the Setup.exe for installation.

d) The program will automatically downloaded and installed in your computer.

For the first run the program must be connected with server first. Following are step by step process to connect with server:

a) Enter 16 digits Client ID and click Register.

b) Enter your User Id and Password for further use of software.

c) User can unregister the software associated with client id.

2.3 Administration Menu (�शासन)

This menu provides access to manage Software users i.e. create new user, delete existing user, and restrict access for different user.

2.3.1 User Information (�योगकतारकोो ��वर)

This menu shows all users registered to use WTBS software. Administrator can add New User or Remove User if needed.

This menu provides facility to add some basic cost of equipment,registration charge, form charge,card charge and also user can set fine description.

This screen allows users to set the fine and discount for payment duration (in case the payment is made within the time, customer can get the discount, whereas if the payment exceeds the days limte the customers are accustomed to fine.

Receipt can be cancelled for 3 types of work :
