I am asking our membership to push ourselves as hard as she would have and make this year’s Corned Beef Dinner the best one yet, in memory of both Charlie and Linda. My Dear Fellow Unicans,

It is with a heavy heart that I must acknowledge the loss of our Chapter Secretary and one of my best friends.

We will always remember her great smile, her great dedication to community service, and her great hospitality. She was my hand picked successor to the presidency and she would have been the best President this club has every seen! I have no doubt!

I convinced her to follow in her dad’s footsteps and she put her whole heart and soul into her Unico Secretary job. She always volunteered to be on many committees and was our best seller of tickets for her beloved dad, Charlie Lanza’s Italian Corned Beef Fundraiser.

She exemplified our motto “Service Above Self”. As sick as she was, she pushed herself to attend our Italian Heritage Night and she told us she had every intention of going
