Boscombe’s shopping centre is less than half a mile away and

Bournemouth and Poole town centres are approximately 2

and 7 miles distance respectively. Both offer a comprehensive

range of shopping, entertainment and recreational facilities.

There are excellent connections via road, train, ferry and air and

frequent bus services both locally and nationally. The Wessex

Way is close by which leads to Ringwood (A31), Southampton

(M27) and London (M3).

From Bournemouth’s mainline railway station there is a regular fast service

to London Waterloo. From Poole Harbour there are daily ferry services to

France and the Channel Islands. Bournemouth International Airport offers

flights to an increasing number of UK and European destinations.
