• Room hire for wedding breakfast• Dedicated wedding co-ordinator• Red carpet arrival *• Cake stand and knife• Duty manager & toastmaster for the day• Platinum Drinks package (welcome drink, 2 glasses

of house wine with wedding breakfast, glass of sparkling wine for the toast)

• 3 course meal from Banquet Menu 3 ** (minimum of 60 guests in either the Millichip or

Richardson Suites)• Chair covers, coloured bow and table sash (to

match your colour theme) during the wedding breakfast

• Photo opportunity overlooking the pitch***• Evening reception room hire for up to 250 guests (in the Millichip or Richardson Suite)• Evening one course finger buffet (minimum of 100 guests)

PlatinumWedding Package

All Packages include: Two corporate tickets for the following season for a silver fixture in our Millichip suite for the Bride and Groom.

* Red Carpet is weather permitting** 3 Course seated meal - We kindly ask for you to

select one starter, one main and one dessert for your guests to enjoy on the day. Should you wish to have a choice menu a surcharge would apply.

*** Subject to availability, maximum of 30 guests at a time. Please be aware this may be cancelled if there are maintenance works or a pitch event taking place.

Ceremony Room HireHave you considered holding your ceremony here too?Our Bassett, Millichip and Richardson Suites are licensed and the below costs would apply to each suite, in addition to the package costs:Bassett Suite @ £480.00Millichip Suite @ £720.00Richardson Suite @ £960.00

Evening Reception Room HireIf your numbers are above the allocated minimum number for the evening reception hire in the Silver Package, you can upgrade from the Millichip Suite to the Richardson Suite for an additional £400.Room hire costs include all bar staff, cash bar facility and SIA badged security staff.

Personalised Wedding Stationery*Wedding menus, name places and table plan. Please speak to your wedding co-ordinator to discuss your bespoke package.

Starlight Dance Floor Dance the night away on our beautiful star light dance floor. You can hire the stunning LED light dance floor at a cost of £480.00. This looks stunning in those first dance photographs!

Baggie Bird Baggie Bird can also be at your wedding* (excellent fun for photos!) at £180 per hour.*subject to availability

Disco/DJ We can arrange for our resident DJ to be available at a cost of £420

Friday offerReceive a 10% discount on your wedding package if you book your wedding here on Friday.

All packages are based on minimum numbers. If you would like additional guests, these would be charged on a per person basis.

FixturesPlease note that we cannot hold functions on the same day as football fixtures. We are unable to confirm availability of dates within season until those fixtures are confirmed in June prior to the season starting. We can hold a number of dates for you until these fixtures are confirmed. Once confirmed we are then able to proceed in confirming the date for your event.

12+ Months before the Wedding

Announce that you’re engaged Choose/ Resize your engagement ring Determine the colours, style

and theme of your wedding Make a list of what is important to

both of you for the wedding, this will help when you plan your budget

Discuss the budget for the wedding and who will pay for which parts

Finalise a wedding date and start searching for a wedding venue

Contact Sandwell registry office to arrange the registrar to perform your ceremony – remember to check the date is available with both the venue and the registrar (the person who will marry you) and apply for any necessary licence’s

9-11 Months before the Wedding

Catering Begin your search for vendors Formal Suit Hire Bridal Gown Photographer Reception Entertainment

i.e Live Band, DJ, Disco, Entertainers Videographer Wedding Transport Florist Venue Decoration/Chair Covers Hair and Beauty Stylist

Bridesmaid Dresses Wedding Cake If the vendors are available on your

chosen date book them IMMEDIATELY! Get as much inspiration for your wedding

day as possible, visit wedding fairs, look online and through bridal magazines

Finalise your wedding colours, theme and style

Compile a preliminary guest list Choose your maid of honour, bridesmaids,

bestman, ushers, flower girl and ring bearer and ensure they are aware of their duties

Choose and purchase your wedding rings

6-8 Months before the Wedding

Send out your Save The Dates Start planning ceremony and

reception music choices Finalise all purchases of your wedding

gown, veil, shoes and accessories Start looking at invitation designs Create gift lists and honeymoon donations Finalise and purchase attire

for your attendants

4-5 Months before the Wedding

Order Wedding stationery (invitations, envelopes, order of service, place cards etc)

Contact your florist and finalise any arrangements

Book your wedding transport Start looking and buying wedding

choose your wedding cake design Advise guests of nearby hotels if

Meet with your vendors to finalise arrangements and times

Schedule a hair and makeup trial with a consultant

Start making or buying wedding favours and disposable cameras

1 Month before the Wedding

Make sure your guests have returned their RSVP’s and start working on your seating plan

Meet with your photographer/ videographer and provide a list of required shots and any discuss any details

Decide and confirm your wedding vows and ensure your officiant or celebrant has been sent copies

Arrange for a final wedding dress fitting and make sure your bridesmaid dresses fit

Confirm Honeymoon reservations Collect the marriage licence Confirm all final payment amounts

with your wedding vendors as well as times and dates etc

2 Weeks before the Wedding

Confirm the delivery time and locations with florist and any hired services

Contact any guests you have not received an acceptance from

Confirm and create a seating chart Give final guest numbers to the venue, reception venue and caterer

1 Week before the Wedding

Collect wedding gown, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses and all the accessories

Reconfirm everything with any outstanding vendors

Make sure the men have their final suit fitting

1 Day before the Wedding

Confirm all the wedding transport Have your manicure and pedicure and

treat yourself to a back massage and facial to relieve any pre wedding stress

Confirm any outstanding duties required with the wedding party

Try to get an early night and relax!

The Big Day!

Try and have something to eat and drink, it’s going to be a long day!

Have your hair and make up done Begin dressing two hours before

ceremony is scheduled to begin Have any pre wedding

photographs taken Get married and enjoy the day!

Post Wedding Day

If you are leaving for your honeymoon straight after the wedding day then you will need to make a few more arrangements prior to the wedding day:

Make sure all hired formal attire such as suits have been returned the next working day in good order to the supplier. (Perhaps ask someone reliable to take care of this task such as the best man or a member of the wedding party)

Make the venue aware of any table decorations or chair covers that have been hired for the wedding from florists or venue decoration companies. Ensure they are stored safely for collection to ensure any refundable deposits are returned.

Ensure thank you notes for any gifts, thank you cards or donations are sent out no later than 3 months after your wedding date
