A.6 REPORT AFTER ARRIVALAccording to the COVID-19 IBU EVENT GUIDELINES team captains have to report directly to the Logistics centre - Accreditation office located in the Culture house Nové Město na Moravě before moving to the place of accommodation.

A.7 ACCREDITATION OF TEAMSThe registration and the accreditation of the teams will be executed at the Logistics centre Culture house Nové Město na Moravě. All team accreditations and limited amount of parking cards per team (allowing for entrance and parking inside the Vysočina Arena) shall be collected in the Logistic centre.

A.8 LIABILITY / INSURANCEThe organizer shall not be held liable for any damages caused to persons or material/equipment. All participants must be covered by sufficient health, accident and liability insurance. By submitting the entry form the respected National Federation confirms that all persons registered are covered by the appropriate insurance (in accordance with 1.5.1.2. IBU Event and Competition Rules).

A.9 REGULATIONS - import and exportof rifles, ammunition and radio equipment

Rifle and ammunition importThe import of rifles and ammunitions to the Czech Rep. is free of charge.

Owners of the European rifle license (ERL) need no other documents when entering the Czech Rep.

Citizens without the ERL entering the Czech Republic should present the Invitation letter issued by the Czech Biathlon Union (CBU) together with the Waybill for transit of firearms and ammunition (WTFA) form, which both need to be approved by a CZE Consulate in their respective countries.

The WTFA Application Form is attached in the Annex of this “Invitation document” and can be downloaded at www.biathlonnmnm.cz/en/info-for-teams/.

Requests for the official Invitation letter sent together with the filled-in WTFA Rifle App. Form shall be addressed at the e-mail [email protected] for veryfication.

The deadline is 2 February 2021.

Radio equipment / Radio FrequenciesRadio equipment can only be operated in the Czech Republic, if two elementary requirements are met:• The equipment shall use the designated frequencies under the

conditions set out in the individual or general authorisation,• The conformity of the equipment with regard to the

European regulation has been assessed.

All Teams shall submit their radio frequencies directly to the CTU by 2 February 2021 for approval. The radio forms with all respected contacts is attached to this Invitation. All Teams shall present their radios for check at the Team Captains Meeting. Non-checked radios will not be allowed to be operated inside the NMNM World Cup venue at all times!

A.10 VISA REGULATIONS

Citizens of the following IBU member countries need the entry visa when travelling to the Czech Republic: ARM, BLR, CHN, GEO, KAZ, KGZ, MNG, RUS, TUR, UZB.

All the above-mentioned NFs must send the completed form “Application for Visa (the name list of participants for Visa)” to the Czech Biathlon Union for authorisation. This document will be subsequently sent back for Visa application.

Requests for authorisation must be submitted to the Czech Biathlon Union not later than 2 February 2021.

A.11 COVID‐19 REGULATIONSTo minimize the risks of further spreading of the virus we are referring to follow the IBU COVID‐19 guidelines and the current regulations of the Czech Government!

B.1 TRANSPORTRegarding the COVID-19 situation the Organizing Committee is able to ensure transport of the teams from the Prague Airport ONLY. One transport to Nové Město and back is free of charge.

Additional transport have to be payed according to the price list. Price list transport Prague – NMNM/NMNM – Prague Airport:• 1–4 persons 150 EUR (personal car – one way)• 5–7 persons 200 EUR (minivan – one way) • 8–20 persons 400 EUR (bus – one way)• 21–40 persons 550 EUR (bus – one way)

Transportation between the places of accommodation and the competition venue is organized and covered by the OC. The local transport in NMNM during competition by the shuttle buses or minivans is according to the organizer’s time schedule free of charge.

Transport requests must be submitted to the OC together with the entry by numbers, stating type of travel, time of arrival, number of people and amount of baggage by 2 February 2021.

B.2 ACCOMMODATION AND STAYBecause of COVID-19 situation please note that accommodation for all participating IBU member federations and all other participants will be arranged and coordinated ONLY by the OC Office.Contact OC: [email protected] / cc: [email protected]

Deadline for accommodation reservation is 2 February 2021.

The deadline for binding changes in accommodation requests is set to 16 February 2021 – the day of the official IBU online registration by names.

If any accommodation is not used in full as requested – or partly – without submission of notice by the official deadline, the entering federation will be held liable for the costs. The entire period for which the hotel is contracted shall be paid for. Earlier departure or changes made without notification will not be considered.

Please note that the price in category B is 90€ (IBU Rules).

Allocation of teams by hotels will be published in the Team Info document.

B.3 PAYMENT OF COSTSThe OC NMNM will pay the costs for accommodation (incl. board for the 25 best-ranked male and female athletes) for both the BMW IBU WORLD CUP BIATHLON 8 & 9 as according to the relevant World Cup Score at the expense of the NF/OC in the maximum of 6 days (IBU Rules cat. B) directly to the respected hotels up to the max. amount of 90 EUR.

B.4 PRIZE MONEYIn order to carry out the bank transfer to the athletes who have earned the prize money the following information must be provided:

All athletes who earned the prize money must come to the Competition Office in person and sign a document confirming the receipt of the Prize money. All athletes are responsible for the provision of the correct information when signing the payment form. Prize money will only be transferred to accounts confirmed by the signature.

B.5 WAX TRUCKSThe OC NMNM accepts the entry of wax trucks if submitted no later than 2 February 2021. National federations who arrive with a wax truck will be provided, in general, with only one additional changing container. Please send us your requirements for size and power as well by filling in the attached form. Vehicles with weight over 7.5 tonnes, and also vehicles over 3.5 tonnes with an attached trailer are prohibited to drive on Czech major roads and highways on Sundays from 13:00 – 22:00.

The LOC of Nové Město is ready to arrange for special driving permissions for teams who wish to leave NMNM on Sunday 14 March in the afternoon hours straight after the competition. Such teams need to submit a copy

of truck technical certificate and respective wax truck form no later than 2 February 2021 to the email [email protected].

F. TRAINING POSSIBILITIES

Due to the technical circumstances of the WC preparations and the security situation in connection with the pandemic of the COVID-19 disease, training camps of individual teams WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE before the WC this year. Venue will only be OPEN from March 1 as indicated in the Competition Programme on page 6.
