The Accounting Department represents one of the largest undergraduate accounting programs in the nation. The program is AACSB accredited and is one of a handful of universities offering an Internal Audit Certificate.
The Economics Department helps students develop analytical skills that are applicable to a wide range of careers in banking, finance, insurance, business and non-profit.
The IS and DS Mihaylo students have the managerial skills and the knowledge of information systems to strategically manage, maintain, and analyze data and systems and also offer two (STEM designated) graduate programs: MSIS and MSIT.
The department prepares students for challenges by training and education in fundamental concepts and practices across a variety of management disciplines: entertainment and tourism, entrepreneurship, general management, HR management, legal studies, and operations and supply chain management.
The finance program prepares students for success in programs such as the Applied Security Analysis Program, Personal Financial Planning Program, Center for Insurance Studies and Real Estate and Land Use Institute.
The program contains award-winning faculty members that provide hands-on learning and real-world orientation to students. Marketing students have won nationwide competitions and are ready to succeed any industry.
