BEFORE YOU BEGINBefore you consider using our manufacturing services there are a few things that we

require from you:

• A valid growers license issued by a state that has an Industrial Hemp plan approved

by the USDA. Please note that you must maintain a valid growers license throughout

the manufacturing process and send your updated license to us before it expires.

• The dry weight and type of each varietal that you are bringing us (weight must be

within 3 days of delivery)

• A valid Certificate of Analysis (CoA) issued by a registered third-party laboratory,

for each varietal that you have, which clearly identifies the following (CoA must be

within 3 months of current date):

• CBD (mg/g)

• CBDa (mg/g)

• Delta-9 THC (mg/g) – (must be below 0.3%, or whatever the USDA

guidelines state at the time of harvest)

• THCa (mg/g)

• Total potential CBD (our minimal acceptable concentration is 60.0 mg/g,

or 6%

• Total potential THC (our current maximum acceptable concentration is 10.0

mg/g, or 1.0%*

• A complete Chain of Custody form, provided by us and signed by you

• A completed and signed Manufacturing Agreement with terms and processing

completed

PRE-PROCESSING MANUFACTURING

CONSULTATIONWe provide consultation on the following:

• Soil type and fertilizers needed 

• Irrigation plan based on current weather throughout the growing season 

• Spacing, planting, and cover crop consultation 

• Planting schedule 

• Mold and pest consultation, integrated pest management (IPM) plans

• HAACP plans

• Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) plans

• Pre-harvest and harvest consultation

• Bucking and drying consultation

(fees are:  $125/hr for non-clients)

PRE-PROCESSING MANUFACTURING

POST DRYING We provide the following, post-drying – pre-processing services:

• Crush and pulverizing biomass and hold under Nitrogen gas for up to

twelve months

• Sample preparation and decarboxylation (pre/post extraction)

Hemp Oil by Ethanol Extraction or Subcritical CO2 extraction – with no purification (Crude Oil).  

REFINED HEMP OIL

Refined Hemp Oil (Broad Spectrum) (without terpenes) by CO2 extraction. This is a

subcritical and supercritical CO2 extraction and then the products are recombined to

create a high purity Broad-spectrum CO2 extract void of waxes.

REFINED HEMP OIL

Refined Hemp Oil (aggregate) Full Spectrum Oil (with terpenes). This is the most

popular final product on the market. This is a terpene extraction, a subcritical extraction,

and a supercritical CO2 extraction and then the products are recombined to create a

high purity full-spectrum CO2 extract void with trace amount of plant material and wax. 

ADVANCED EXTRACTION EXTRACTION, SEPARATION, AND PURIFICATION

REFINED HEMP OIL

Refined Hemp Oil (THC Reduced/Free oil). Extracted CBD oil using supercritical CO2

extraction, followed by winterization to yield tincture and vape-ready materials and then

followed by short-path distillation or Flash chromatography for THC-reduced/free

distillate of CBD and other cannabinoids.

REFINED HEMP OIL

Refined Hemp Oil (Broad Spectrum fractionation/distillate) (without terpenes) A true

distillation of CBD and other cannabinoids after extraction. Yields of >75% CBD. CBD

distillate uses Short-path distillation or flash chromatography to make a distilled version

of CBD and other cannabinoids, yielding high purity. 

REFINED HEMP OIL DISTILLATERefined Hemp Oil Distillate (Full Spectrum fractionation/distillate (FSD). A true distillation

/fractionation of CBD after extraction with terpenes added back. Yields of >75% CBD and

other cannabinoids. CBD distillate/fractionation is an isolated and concentrated version

of CBD and other cannabinoids, yielding high purity with terpenes added back.

CBD, PURIFIED ISOLATE

CBD, purified Isolate. This is CBD isolate after Fractionation - 99% CBD in its nearly 

pure form.  

CBD CRYSTAL

CBD Crystal. This is effectively a CBD Crystal - 99% CBD in its pure, crystal form.  

TERPENE EXTRACTION

Terpene extraction – with no purification (Terpenes only).  Crude oil. Manufacturer will 

retain the essential oils and terpenes. The Product will contain different cannabinoids,

terpenes, and plant materials. CBD and other cannabinoids concentration depend on the

plant material and final concentration and varies greatly product-to-product. The Product

may contain waxes and other plant materials.

HOW WE WORK WITH YOUWe operate in two different ways, you can sign either a tolling or split agreement

TOLLING AGREEMENT We offer a 70/30 tolling agreement

MANUFACTURING FEES Company will pay Manufacturer for all manufacturing costs at the rates and

percentages described in the Pre-processing, CBD Oil Extraction Services, and/or

Advanced Extraction, Separation,and Purification Services and is invoiced monthly based

on product produced each month. Under this agreement, your costs do not exceed 30%

of what the oil is sold for, if you sell the oil.

TOLLING FEES Manufacturer will be paid 9% of the sale price per kilogram for all Product produced

under this Agreement and sold to a third-party buyer (“Tolling Fee”) by the

manufacturer. Manufacturer will cover all costs of delivery of Product to any buyer(s).

SPLIT AGREEMENT We offer a split 50/50 tolling agreement

MANUFACTURING FEES Manufacturer will incur all costs of manufacturing but shall be entitled to receive all

Product produced from 50% of the initial, dried, bucked biomass (by weight).

TOLLING FEES The remaining balance of 50% of the Product shall be transferred back to Company, at

Company’s sole and exclusive cost. Oil is sold by the company with no other fees. If the

Manufacturer sells the oil, then a 9% tolling fee applies.

SPLIT AGREEMENT

JOIN THE AVILA NETWORK50/50 SPLIT AGREEMENTBy signing a 50/50 split agreement, (and if you grow compliant hemp), we will offer

you additional incentives if you grow great Cannabis. For the 2020 harvest, our current

minimum requirements are:

• Delta-9 THC (mg/g) – (must be below 0.3%****)

• Total potential CBD (our minimal acceptable concentration is 90.0 mg/g, or 9.0%)

• Total potential THC (our maximum acceptable concentration is 7.5 mg/g, or 0.75%****

Upon harvest, if your biomass CoA is delta-9-THC compliant, AND within our THC

potential maximum, and:

Note: We reserve the right to refuse to accept and/or process your biomass, regardless of a signed agreement, if your biomass is not compliant with the USDA and VDACS regulations.
