1. YUNUS EMRE 2x145 MW COAL FIRED POWER PLANT

1.1. Erection of Turbine Island Equipment, Piping and

Instrumentation including tests and cold commissioning

Yunus Emre Power Plant 2 units of Steam Turbine and its related equipment were supplied by Doosan Škoda Power. Turbine was single shaft MTD40CR type with total gross weight of 250 tons. Condenser was supplied by MICo, spol. s.r.o, with total gross weight of 140 tons. Condenser shell and tube parts were delivered as preassembled, i.e. no tube expansion was applied on site. Generator was supplied by SIEMENS AG, Plant Erfurt. Generator was single part with total gross weight of 230 tons. Design and EPC delivery of Turbine Island Equipment, Piping and Instrumentation was carried out by CKD Praha DIZ, Czech Republic.

Systems – Design, Manufacturing, Erection, Commissioning,

Performance Tests and Optimization

A CFB Boiler with 320 t/h steam generation capacity was delivered to Soda Sanayi A.Ş. who is a subsidiary

of Şişecam group companies. Boiler, Bag Filter, Coal Preparation, Ash Handling and other auxiliary systems

were delivered by EFOR-RAFAKO consortium. The boiler is operated by using import coal. The project was

completed in 26 months from contract signature to commissioning finished.
