BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY

Droup AlJazera Contracting Company Limited, was established in 2001 under the Commercial Registration No.

1010168999, issued by the concerned authorities of Riyadh, to work in the fields of (Contracting, Road Paints,

Ceramics, Cat Eyes, Signaling & Metal Barriers on all types of roads, General Construction, Road Construction,

Maintenance & Construction of Buildings, Establishing Telephone Networks, Water & Sanitation, Maintenance &

Operation of hospitals, Maintenance & Cleanliness, Operation & Refurbishment of Buildings).

The company's management was keen to set up all the technical personnel and administrative requirements for

business success. Engineer Bakheet Saad AlSaffar is the Director General of the company, who acquired practical

experience in many areas of the company activities, where he was an engineer in the department of transportation.

The company implemented a number of other government projects and completed successfully within allocated time. Whereas the company makes partnership contract with Saz Paras Iran to import equipment for road projects whereas the company became the sole agent in the Kingdom, which allowed the company to strengthening the equipment need for projects assigned to it. Droup AlJazera also made a partnership in the State of Sudan to establish a company named Jasour - a branch of the company, engaged in the same area which has implemented a number of projects for the benefit of the Sudanese government.

safe and healthful work environment. Our Loss Prevention Program is designed specifically for the

protection of our employees and visitors. Management and all employees are directed to make safety

and loss prevention a top priority.

We believe every employee is concerned for his or her own safety and the safety of coworkers and will recognize

that these rules and policies are for their protection. The goals

we have set for our Loss Prevention Program are achieved

Provide supervisors and employees with safety training in the following areas: Project sites, workshops,
