Under the name Hutzel, our group of companies has been well-established in the field of medical technology since 1948. In early 2000, it became clear that demand was increasing for practice-oriented and more cost-efficient treatment concepts that were certified “made in Germany”. In 2010, the company HumanTech Germany GmbH, now HumanTech Dental GmbH, was founded near the state capital Stuttgart. Thus the successful product range RatioPlant® was born. The demand for user-friendly dental implant systems is increasing worldwide; although there are numerous manufacturers, there are also ever-growing differences in quality. Our product portfolio RatioPlant® is a tried-and-tested, user-friendly and complete system and has been successfully proven in clinical use for many years. Together with our international team of experts, renowned dental implantologists and specialists, we develop standardised, user-friendly and economical medical products for the benefit of patients. After a precise analysis of the current situation, we develop new criteria to be met and research the use of new materials and instrument solutions. All HumanTech implants as well as the associated components and instruments are subjected to the most stringent biomechanical and clinical tests and are always approved in accordance with the latest legal requirements. This enables us to react quickly to customer requirements, as well as coordinate and harmonise processes in a timely manner. As a family business, we stand 100% behind every product bearing the HumanTech name. Our production area, measuring 15,000 square meters of floor space, offers the most diverse production possibilities and a wide range of surface technologies. Our high-tech manufacturing processes offer almost unlimited production possibilities.

All production steps, from machining and assembly to functional testing, are carried out exclusively on site at our plant in Steinenbronn. Our implants, the corresponding components and instruments are successfully used worldwide. Every area of our production facilities is not only state-of-the-art, but also meets all the requirements for consistent environmental protection. Acting in a way that is compatible with environmental protection is an issue that we care about deeply, especially in today's world. The fact that we put these words into practice is confirmed by our EN/ISO 13485 certification. Perfection, quality and passion are our “magic ingredients” and key to achieving our goals.

Production is subject to the regulations of the quality assurance system EN/ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 at all stages of activity.

RatioPlant® implants meet all the requirements of a modern and sustainable implant system. Surgical handling is very easy with the fully equipped and clearly arranged Universal Kit. The Classic, Avantgarde and ConeCept systems were developed with a focus on being user-oriented to enable ease of everyday use. For this purpose, the number of components was reduced to an effective minimum and the maximum practicability during application was optimized. The system design of all associated components is oriented towards the restoration options from the simplest single-tooth restorations to complex reconstructions of an edentulous jaw.

The developed form and function of the implants supports the preservation of the crestal bone level and prevents peri-implantitis. This leads to a long-term preservation of the tooth replacement.

A clear selection of prosthetic components ensures a highly flexible treatment concept and makes it possible to offer individualised solutions for each patient.
