It starts with choosing the right network for you

To make this as easy as possible, we’ve given you two options.

Option 1: Aetna’s preferred provider organization (PPO)You’ll have access to a broad PPO network. This is our largest network with the highest number of doctors and hospitals. The majority of providers that you currently use are available through this network. So you can see them whether you’re in Washington or traveling anywhere in the country.

Option 2:

The choice is yours Whichever option you choose, know that you can:

› Access easy-to-use online tools, like ourprovider directory to find the right doctor

› Go directly to high-quality doctors —no referrals required

› Compare exact costs between in-networkdoctors before making choices

Aetna Whole Health networkThis accountable care network centers on the relationship between doctors and you, the patient. To build the Aetna Whole Health – Puget Sound network, we joined together three high performing, high quality health care provider organizations who share a common goal of delivering a streamlined, patient-centered experience for members: The Polyclinic, Providence-Swedish and Rainier Health Network.

When you access your care through this accountable care network, you’ll enjoy a more convenient and connected experience with lower monthly costs.

Member Payment Estimator tool You can compare and estimate costs* of up to 10 different network doctors or facilities at once. That way you can make better health care decisions that will help you save on your out-of-pocket costs.

This tool includes more than 650 commonly used, non-emergency network health services, including:

• Office visits

• Maternity services

• X-rays, and other imaging and lab services

DocSpot We’ve teamed with DocSpot, so you can get the inside scoop on doctors. You can check out star ratings and reviews the next time you search for a doctor or compare costs. You’ll read review summaries from many people — not just Aetna members — about what they think of the doctor.

Making a difference in your health starts here

Jump-start your quest for better health by filling out the Simple Steps To A Healthier Life® health risk assessment. It asks questions about your health history and habits, recent screening results and other health factors. When you’re done, you’ll receive an overall health score and report with recommendations. It can:

• Help you learn more about your health risks, so you cantake steps to lower them

• Provide strategies to improve your health andwell-being

• Give you personalized results to share with your doctor

Stay on top of your benefits with ease. When you sign up for your member website, you only have to go to one place to do it all.
