- The locations of the heat plate and fixed plate are optimally designed based on structural analysis- User’s safety is the first priority- It is designed for optimal use of working space- Measurement and injection molding process is done with fine control- It is composed of an optimal system to minimize error rates- It is a user-focused system that incorporates various user needs- Noise and shock is minimized during the process to improve its efficiency- Double extruding cylinder is applied to minimize the device height, with the maximum pressure for fine precision- Screw reflux is prevented during the extruding process- Leak prevention is checked at the nozzle head to inhibit loss of ingredients during the injection molding process- Chamber box is covered before the contact of upper and lower metallic pattern to create an airtight environment for minimization of the error rate
