What we do Radiology Staffing Solutions, Inc. (RSS) is a medical services staffing company. We provide temporary and permanent placement of radiologic technologists to healthcare facilities in Northern Virginia. We offer staffing coverage on the following basis:

Orientation Prior to the scheduled assignment, we coordinate an orientation with your radiology department. This includes staff introduction, equipment operation, exam protocols and any other special instructions required. We offer up to two hours of orientation free of charge. License Verification We verify state licensure and professional certification. Every radiographer is registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and holds a current license from the Virginia Department of Health Professions. Copies of these credentials can be made available upon request.

Screening All technologists are screened and evaluated. We verify employment history and education, and check references. We also conduct federal and state criminal background checks as well as perform in-person interviews.
Radiation Monitoring Each technician wears a radiation film dosimeter (film badge) to monitor their radiation exposure. Dose reports can be made available at your request.
Insurance Every radiographer is insured under a policy that includes malpractice and general liability coverage with limits up to one million dollars.

Payroll Services We handle payroll services for all of our technologists. After completion of the assignment (or periodically for ongoing assignments), you will receive an invoice for services provided.
