Catholic schools offer academic excellence in a

faith based atmosphere. It is proven that stu-

dents who attend Catholic schools

score higher on national tests and outperform

other schools in the public and private sectors.

The Charleston Catholic School offers small

class sizes in a loving family environment. Stu-

dents begin their day with daily prayers as a

community. In addition to academic classes stu-

dents also experience art, computers, music,

physical education, religion and Spanish.

CCS is now accepting applications for the 2017-

18 school year. If you are interested in attending

The Charleston Catholic School and would like

40 Days For Life

5th Annual Good Friday Prayer Vigil Christians of all denominations are invited to

join in solemn prayer on Good Friday at

Charleston Women's Medical Center where ap-

proximately 2000 abortions up to 16 weeks are

done each year. Local area pastors will lead in

scripture and prayer throughout the morning as

we meditate on our redemption won by Christ.

We refrain on this solemn day of our Lord's

death from using signs that would connote a

picket or demonstration to the public. Instead, a

life--sized cross will be our only sign as we car-

ry the cross of abortion, keeping the prayerful

focus of the day on the cross of Christ.
