THE EUREKA IDEA?How was Unigel™ created?

Innovation is the heart of our business!

While trying to combine two different API’s that were notcompatible in a tablet dosage form, we formulated a barrieravoiding permeation from the liquid phase into the tabletcore, without affecting the dissolution rate of the APIcontained in this dosage form, encapsulating a smaller tabletinto a soft gelatin capsule.

When encapsulating the tablet into a softgel a new systemhad to be designed, a machine that had the ability to fill thesoft gelatin capsule with the liquid and the covered tablet atthe same time.

This new technology became the base of thenew groundbreaking Unigel™ technology.
