Conflict Transformation First UMC has contracted with Dr. Claude Kayler to lead us in a process of conflict transformation. As a means of gathering information about the life of our congre-gation, every member is invited and en-couraged to participate in a Listening
Group interview session. Dr. Kayler will conduct these sessions. Listening Groups will take place on Friday September 13,
Saturday September 14, and Sunday Sep-tember 15 in the church Library. Dr. Kayler will compile and analyze all the
responses and report the findings to the congregation at a special congregational meeting on Sunday, October 27. Each Lis-
tening Group will last approximately 1 hour. You may choose your group. Please note that each group is limited to a maxi-mum of 10 persons. Please only sign up for 1 time slot. You can sign up at this
link: https://ttsu.me/zt3gvg or by calling the church office. Thank you for partici-
pating in this important process.

Living in today’s world can be tough. We are always
expected to be busy and engaged. Even our time off
