3tv! A sick pat i ent is not an incurable patient . He can recover--and so can you. BUT HOW? 1. Begin every day by saying out loud to yourself, "This is the day •• • " 2. Pray, "I place this day , my life my loved ones , my work in God's hand . Whatever happens , whatever results, I am in the Lord ' s hands . 3 . Co1I1Dit every problem to God even when you have no idea how He can solve it . 4 . Find ·' your security in the~ of God's promises--never the feelings of the moment . 5. Cultivate friends ips with people of faith.

Weak Faith Jol,11 20:24-29 24But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came. 25The other disciples therefore were saying to him, "We have seen the Lordi" But he said to them, "Unless I shall see in His hands the imprint of the nails, and put my finger into the place of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe." 26And after eight days again His disciples were inside, and Thomas with them. Jesus came, the doors having been shut, and stood in their midst, and said, "Peace be with you. " 27Then He said to Thomas, "Reach here your finger, and see My hands; and reach here your hand, and put it into My side; and be not unbelieving, but believing. 28Thomas answered and said to Him, "My Lord and my God!" 29Jesus said to him, "Because you have seen Me, have you believed? Blessed are they who did not see, and yet believed. "

I. Absence from the Gathering of God's People -vs. 24

II. A Demand for Signs and Evidences -vs. 25

III. A Sense of Guilt in the Presence of Christ - VSS. 27-28

IV. A Belief Constructed Upon Tangible Proof -vs. 29

Conclusion: Those who saw and believed not, were far from being

blessed. Those who saw and believed, were undoubted

blessed. Those who have not seen, and yet will believe, are

emphatically blessed!
