WEDDING RATE - $1600 Includes entire first floor of Weatherwax Hall and entitles you to up to 5 hours the day before the event and up to 10 hours the day of the event.

• Includes usage of the JSO’s tables and chairs.

• Linens are available for rent at $10 each and chair covers are available for $1 each.

Hourly rates apply to set up time.Set up time will be billed.

DEPOSIT50% of the total rental fee is required to hold the building. Balance of rental fee plus the $500 damage deposit are due no less than 7 days prior to rental date. Damage deposit will be returned within 10 business days if no damage has occurred and/or no additonal cleaning is required.

If alcohol will be served at your event, a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming the Jackson Symphony Orchestra Association, Inc. as an additional insured must be provided to the JSO no later than 7 days prior to the rental date. Failure to provide this certificate will result in cancellation of the rental agreement and the rental with no deposit refund.

• Grand Piano Rental - $200 $250 if tuning requested

• Small Bose PA System - $50 per day

• Projector & Large Screen - $50 per day

• Damage/Cleaning Deposit - $500 If no damage occurs and additional cleaning is not required, this deposit will be refunded within 10 business days.
