9. Login to Linux
10. Clone the repo
11. Edit files
12. Check Git status
13. Recall staging area
14. Add files to staging area
15. Commit
16. Push
17. View website
18. View files on GitHub
19. View history
20. View detailed changes

Now there are 2 files.
7. Get the clone URL
8. Open Putty
(Linux terminal, SSH)
9. Login to Linux
10. Clone the repo
Right-click to insert
Clone URL
Do not create the subdirectory for the repo.
Cloning the URL will create the subdirectory.

Red color means
“File modified, but not
added”
13. Recall Staging area
Green color means
“File modified and
added, but not
committed”
14. Add files
to staging area
15. Commit files
to staging area
16. Push files
to repo
Done means done.
17. View website
18. View file on GitHub
repo and click “History”

click instance
