Our in-house software and reputable multi-disciplinary team of building specialists, puts us on top in the industry with our work with low-rise residential to upscale commercial, industrial large spaces, Educational Institutions and Resident Associations. Our well-established and growing reputation with Condominium, Community Boards, and Alberta Infrastructure has contributed to Clear Path’s growth and expansion. We are seeking experienced building specialists skilled in the assessment of building conditions and the preparation of site review reports for the purpose of generating Reserve Fund Study reports. Experience with the assessment of building and property components for residential and non- residential condominiums and Alberta and Municipal Infrastructure is valued. This is a contract-based position with orientation and training provided. Responsibilities: Review and evaluate building systems’ age, expected life and quality through on-site property review Prepare and Provide Clear Path with detailed evaluation report. Reserve Fund draft Report review with client as needed. Skills and Qualifications: Engineering, Architectural, Construction designations and/or Construction Certifications Building industry experience Condition Assessment Experience for the purpose of developing Reserve Fund Studies is an asset. Alberta Infrastructure Evaluation, Construction, Capital Planning and Assessment Experience is an asset. The ability to work independently The ability to meet deadlines without compromising the quality and accuracy Valid driver’s licence Proficiency with MS Word is an asset
