Cope- Cakes
A cope-cake is another way of saying a coping skill. A coping skill is something that makes you feel better when you are sad, worried or angry.
Some coping skills are healthy. You can take deep breaths, listen to your favourite song, or do a drawing. Some are unhealthy such as yelling or being mean to someone or breaking something.
