CAL Responsibilities
Leader – CAL Project Manager
Establish who is the responsible on each CAL and what is the role and the tasks. The leader refers to the local team and UIP and interacts with the Local Monitoring Team (LMT).
Communication Manager
Establish who is responsible on communicating with the local cluster partners on each CAL. Define the role and tasks (collecting news and preparing reports on the advancement of the CAL inside the Communication framework).
Local Context Coordinator
If needed, a contact person works as a liaison point between the CLEVER CAL project manager and local associations
Secretary
Establish who is the secretary. Define the role and tasks (helping programming activities; sending out invitation and organizing events).
Venue
Define the possible venue to conduct the workshops of co-design. See description in co-design venue
Timing
Schedule the activities based on availability of your stakeholders and time commodity for everyone essentially involved. Activities are fundamentally intertwined with same local cluster responsible on CAL realisation.
