ACTION BUTTON

Action buttons are built-in button shapes that you can add to your presentation and then assign an action to occur upon the click of a mouse. To Insert an Action Button on the Slide, go to Shapes in Insert Tab, and then choose any one of the Action Buttons:

For example: Back or Previous, Forward or Next, Beginning, ……… etc.

Practice: To insert the Home Action Button

Once you insert a Home button, the dialog box for Action Settings will appear on the window.

Select an option “First Slide” in the Action Settings box and press OK. This will link the button to the Home Slide of the presentation.

You can Right Click on the action button then choose Remove Hyperlink

Remove Hyperlink from an Action Button

If you want to remove Hyperlink from an Action Button:

1. Right Click on the Button2. Choose "Remove Hyperlink"

Edit Hyperlink of an Action Button.

If you want to change the Hyperlink for an Action Button:

1. Right Click on the Button2. Choose Edit Hyperlink3. Choose the slide you want from the "Hyperlink to:" Menu
