Monday: January 6, 2014 Alert Type: Calls regarding Debit Cards It has been reported that several customers have received a phone call from a company claiming their debit card has been locked. This call is an attempt to retrieve the customer’s account information (debit card number, expiration date, account numbers, & etc.) This is a fraudulent call and customers are advised to hang up immediately. First Vision Bank customers are contacted by Falcon (Fidelity) only to verify the last few debit card transactions, once a transaction out of the normal range is detected. THEY ONLY CALL FROM 1-800-890-5097.
