Find ‘living’ and ‘non-living’ things around your house. Create a list of each and draw each thing that you find. What can you think of?
History Create a timeline of the different types of flight in history. Try to think about the order in which they happened. You can cut and stick these if you wish (separate sheet included below) or be creative and create your own timeline.
Read this information on the history of flight: https://www.theschoolrun.com/homework-help/history-of-flight
Extension: research one of the types of flight and make your own notes and
drawings.
Art Below is a famous painting ‘The Starry Night’ by artist Van Gogh. What materials do you think he used to paint this? What effects and colours can you see? Try to create your own version of this painting using whatever materials you have at home. Be creative as you like!
History activity
Cut out each picture and place them onto the timeline in chronological order, according to when you think their first flight happened. Complete and draw on paper to avoid printing.
