Safety

Keep the machine secure using both hands. Remove the chuck key from the chuck before the machine is switched on. Make sure the equipment is tightly in the chuck. Smal pieces, to be drilled, must be clamped in a vice. Release the pressure on the drill just before the hole breaks through.

Uses

To remove sawing marks on rough wood and to plane it to a pure surface. To plane wood to required dimensions. Straight planing of long, rough edges and surfaces. To remove large amounts of excess wood.

Safety

Wear safety glasses and the appropriate hearing protection. Disconnect the planer from the power supply before making any adjustments
