1. Santos Dumont StairsThis model of stairs is special fit for you that have little space in your home. The Santos Dumont stairs are straight stairs using a much greater slope than the recommended by the formula Blondel, thus allowing a smooth increase even with a severe slope.Good ：

* Stylish design* Design look simple but elegant* Suit for narrow space

Bad ：* The color of stair look similar, user will get confuse which is the next stair level * Didn't allow user to step two foots together because the limited space of each stair layer * Easy to fall because the angle of the stair slope * Didn't have handrails to support* Each stair layer is in triangle shape and sharp edges

Reasons of the goods ：* The design look close to natural because the stair is in wood texture* This model of stairs didn't required a lot of space

Reasons of bad ：* Easy to slip because each stair layer just have enough place 1 foot* The stair texture is confusing because color and texture too similar* Easy to fall because didn't have handrail to support and stabilize them-self when going up stair or going down stair * Easy under-step or over-step because of the stair slope steep * Many accident might happen because user less gravity to stabilize them-self caused by foot is not placed fully* Sharp edges are likely to cause more serious injuries

Ways to improve ：* Add handrail so that user can reach handrail quickly to stabilize them-self when they might loss of balance* Increase the space of stair layer so that user have enough space to support their gravity* Different stair layer with contrast color or texture help user differentiate stair layer easily* Add small LED light to help user differentiate each stair layer* Add carpets can reduce the severity of an injury

Wheelchair Ramp

2. Wheelchair RampA wheelchair ramp is an inclined plane installed in addition to or instead of stairs. Ramps permit wheelchair users, as well as people pushing strollers, carts, or other wheeled objects, to more easily access a building.Good ：

* Have handrails at both side on the ramp* Ramp width is suitable for various user

Bad ：* Difficult for disabled people to reach the ramp* Ramp slope’s angle steep

Reasons of the goods ：* Have handrails to support when loss balance* The ramp width is enough for user to

Reasons of bad ：

* User might difficult to reach the ramp because the ramp is not physically connect with the road surface* User might face acceleration speed problem because of the ramp slope angle too high* More effect and energy is required to reach the destination because the higher the gradient the steeper the slope

Ways to improve ：* Remove the stair and extend the ramp* Decrease the angle of the ramp slope so that user can easily and safely accommodate wheelchair access * Apply ADA(American with Disabilities Act) to ensure the wheelchair ramp is design properly

Broom

3. BroomBroom is a tool that use as a cleaning tool consisting of stiff fibers that often made by plastic, hair, or corn husks that attached to, and roughly parallel to, a cylindrical handle, the broomstick. It is thus a variety of brush with a long handle. It is commonly used in combination with a dustpan.Good ：

* Broom is design in unique and special shape* The broomstick is easy to hold* Easy to reach and clean specific corner

Bad ：* Difficult to ensure all the garbage is clear* Hard to control the broom balance* Broom can easily get damage * Broom’s bristles didn’t have flagged ends

Reasons of the goods ：* The design of broomstick is easy for user to hold during sweeping the floor* Blind can reach easily because broomstick is long and the broom shape make user can clean blind angle that cannot reach by usual broom

Reasons of bad ：* User might face problem in controlling the broom because the design make the broom become unbalance gravity* User might use wrong force to sweep floor because the broom’s angle and balance didn’t bring out too much firmness of the broom* Broom hard to capture dust, dirt, and hair at the broom’s sweeping surface because bristles didn’t have flagged ends* User might need to sweep many times to ensure the floor is clean

Ways to improve ：* Design broom’s bristles with flagged ends* Add tapered hard-plastic grip at the top of the pole for user to hold comfortably * Stabilize the balance of the broom to prevent it from feeling floppy or flinging too much dust

Teapot

4.TeapotA teapot is a vessel used for steeping tea leaves or an herbal mix in boiling or near-boiling water, and for serving the resulting infusion which is called tea.Good ：

* Teapot’s shape is unique and special * Big teapot capacity

Bad ：* Teapot handle and spout is place at same side* Easy to vent * Easy to be scalded by hot water* Force and direction of using teapot is unbalance* Teapot becomes heavier weight because of the big capacity

Reasons of the goods ：* The design of teapot is much more attractive because the red color bring out the energy, action and passion. Besides that red color also can stimulate our appetite so red color is one of the common tricks used by restaurant owners to stimulate customer appetite* The bigger the capacity of teapot ,the bigger the volume of water that teapot can accommodate

Reasons of bad ：* Teapot becomes heavier weight because of the big teapot capacity. User need more energy to hold the teapot because when the volume of water increase , the weight of teapot also increase* Teapot handle and spout place at same side will cause hand scald because when pouring out the hot water , user need to hold the handle so user can’t avoid it if not the water can’t pour out.* The way and the force point to pour water should pour outward not inward

Ways to improve ：* Change the teapot handle to opposite * Decrease the teapot capacity

Rain Boots

5. Rain BootsA boot is a type of footwear that protects the foot and ankle. Boots are higher and larger than shoes and sandals. Some boots are high enough to protect the calves (lower part of the leg) as well. Some boots are held on with bootstraps or bootlaces.Usually rain boots (or rubber boots) are made from rubber or plastic. Rain boots protect a person's feet from water and rain. People who work on fishing boats and farmers wear rubber boots to keep their feet dry. People who work in chemical factories wear rubber boots to protect their feet from dangerous chemicals.

Good ：* Rain boots shape is unique and special * The rain boots color and texture make it more attractive* There was a hole designed for user to pour out the water easily and ventilation

Bad ：

* Feet can get wet easily by water or rain* Expose to dangerous chemicals* Didn’t have bootstraps

Reasons of the goods ：* Rain boots design is unique because usually rain boots didn’t designed with a hole* Rain boots color make it more easy to attract people because in color psychology yellow represent friendly, happiness, cheerful and fun.

Reasons of bad ：* Didn’t have bootstraps for user to lift in their feet * Feet will easily get wet because rain boot is open a hole so cannot fully protect from water or rain* People who work in chemical factories exposed to dangerous chemicals if wear this type design boots because the dangerous chemicals may exposed to their feet by the hole

Ways to improve ：* Add bootstraps* Cover the boots with cover boot
