Hannah’s Peanut Better Cup

This delicious and nutritious treat will provide you with tons of fiber, energy, protein, magnesium antioxidants and several essential vitamins AND it couldnt be easier!

Heres what youll need

Ingrediants

Peanut Butter Filling1 Cup of free mixed powdered peanut butter (so its already the consistancy of PB)1 Cup of pitted dates1-2 Tbsp of water if the consistancy is too thick and not proccessing correctly

Splash of vanilla extractPinch of Maldon Sea Salt Flakes

Chocolate 1 Cup of Dates 4 heaping Tbsp of good Cacao (add more if you’re a chocohalic or less if you aint)½ cup of pre mixed powdered peanut butter1/3 cup of unsweetend almond milk (you can add more as you blend if you need to)A good pinch of sea salt flakes

Here’s how:

First, put all peanut butter filling ingredients in a food processor or good blender but leave out the water and only add if you need to. Blend until it’s the consistency of batter and can form into somewhat of a ball. If the dates are still in small chunks don’t fret you’re doing great. Put filling in a bowl and refrigerate while we make the chocolate

Put all chocolate filling ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until well combined. It should have the consistency of melted chocolate but thicker.

Now take a cupcake tin (big or mini) and fill them with cupcake liners. Pour about a tablespoon of the chocolate filling on the bottom of each liner making sure to leave enough mix enough to top each PB Cup (but if you forget like I did for some of them, its fine) Now get the peanut butter filling out of the fridge. Scoop 1 Tbsp (or more. I like more) on top of the chocolate and help spread it so it covers or almost covers the chocolate. Repeat until finished. Now take the rest of the chocolate mix and pour and spread on top of the peanut butter.

Now, take some coconut flakes and more sea salt flakes and sprinkle each Peanut Better Cup with them. Place in freezer for a couple of hours, or over night. Serve on a plate with a knife to plate with your friends! Or don’t, enjoy it all yourself and lick the plate.
